Good product and it is starting to pay dividends.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy most of the prodcut tools and the pricing is very competitive. The Listing and Social tools are what we started with and we have not moved into using it for our Customer Support and Surveys where possible. We also like the white labling of their product with OLO which helps us reduce the amount of dashboards our team uses. So far most of the Implementation has been easy with a few exceptions that they are working through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Survey tool was told would allow us to use a link for email, and social sharing. It did not at first bu they added that functionality quickly. They have been responsive to most of our needs, the only issue is support is a little slow on certrain items but amazingly fast with others, but I believe they are working on correcting that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the operations team, and a better flowing contact us page on our website. SEO Optimization, and social posts with AI built in.
Great to manage multiple social media pages!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about SOCi is that it allows you to control multiple social media pages from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi can take some time to learn and get used to, which is the most difficult part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of having to log into each social media platform separately to manage accounts.
Easy to use and organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule my social media posts for the month and then move on. I also love the review functions and tracking my scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to connect meta accounts but I think that may have more to do with Meta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me market for 31 properties across the united states managing social media and reviews.
Great Platform for review management
What do you like best about the product?
It's been very user friendly and allows us to handle a large volume of reviews very easily. I've used multiple platforms for management and this one so far has been the best with the time I have allotted to spend on reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a couple of errors when setting things up, but the support team has been helpful to fix those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get about 40 reviews a day, so this has helped me delegate the tasks to managers.

Very engaging. Has all of the features I was looking for and makes posting to social very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Color scheme is too flat. Could use more bright colors.

Intuitive Platform for Multi-Unit Responsibilities
What do you like best about the product?
With high volume multi-unit management responsibility, SOCi provides a very intuitive platform to effectively and efficiently manage our business's social pages and externally facing reviews at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asthetics of the software could be improved to make it more visually appealing and tactile in navigating (especially on the iOS app). When you are used to robust iOS apps, SOCi hits the mark on effectiveness, but slightly misses in flow and function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the problem of making volume seem easier to manage with multiple retail locations.
A great way to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule my posts for multiple accounts, it's nice having one dashboard for all of my socials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to keep up with multiple platforms and to ensure that they are consistent with one another. Soci makes that part easy.
Easy to use social manageable platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to make changes that affect multiple platforms. See where overcrowding is on the calendar feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most modern looking UX. Wish I could group accounts in multiple ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many hours of operation changes and SOCi makes it easy to change those across multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi is always adding tools to their suite
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a store locator that is easy to use and cheap. I think a better user interface and being able to execute during the time frame they promised.

Managing 350 listings and allowing us to easily make updates.
