Makes my job easier
What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule out for an amout of time and not have to worry about it daily.

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate the reviews.

I am able to post on all platforms with no hassle

Nothung I love it ALL. Soci is great and I love that our viewers can see our post

We have several of our prospects who see our post on social media because of Soci
SOCi has helped us boost our social media presence.

We can post to all channels in one place instead of going back and forth between apps.

We can't tag anyone we do partnerships with in posts.

Automated so I can set it and forget it. Can also review the post content ahead.

I find that other agents are also posting the same content.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci is a one-stop shop for social media platforms. We can quickly connect with our residents on most platforms. We also receive reviews through SOCI, which is a great tool for feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say. SOCI has been one of the best marketing tools I have used, and I have used quite a few different ones.

SOCI is helping is navigate what the needs of our residents are and how to connect with them through social media

What do you like best about the product?
We love SOCi! It is very easy to use and it takes the hassle out of keeping up with all our social media platforms. I love that it has curated content that you can use or that you can load your own to add some personalization. I encourage all of our agents to use SOCi as it will save them time and make their social platforms look great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that I'd say this is least helpful but it definitely takes some time to figure out the administrative panel. I am the admin for SOCi for our whole company and it was not very intuitive initially. But once you work your way around the platform and take the time to learn it, I really like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly, we use SOCi for social media management and posting. It helps us maintain activity on all of our platforms even when we don't have time to create content ourselves. Several of our agents are also using it for this purpose and their feedback is great. They love the platform.

SOCi is a great platform that allows me and my team to view/respond to customer postings.

SOCi takes many different social channels and condenses it into one easy platform to navigate and reply to customers.

I think that the AI could use some work generating responses. Many of them are very robotic.

It is saving us time logging into various social channels. It's great to have one platform that syncs are of this data.

The product is very easy to use, & has many platforms, and great functionality. It was easy for us to set our businesses up on the platform & our team had no issues using this on a daily basis.
