Includes so many social platforms in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to manage over 80 Facebook accounts, an Instagram account, an X account, and a LinkedIn account. It decreases the time it takes to post and allows me to create groups to send out posts to specific pages. I like that it saves me time! It keeps everything organized and helps with scheduling posts in advance, and I can look at my content calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the one thing I would change is that if you post to a group (multiple pages) there isn't a way to delete the posts without going into each account separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to manage multiple social media accounts, decreasing posting time and organizing content. It saves me time and helps schedule posts in advance with content calendars.

I really like scheduling social posts for our multi-site business on multiple platforms with SOCi. The simplicity of having a singular social calendar integrated with the channels we use is great. It's laid out nicely and it's easy to access the account or menu items I need. SOCi has a simple and graphical interface, plus the support and service are great. The initial setup was also easy.

Integrations with Ford and FordDirect.

I use SOCi for scheduling social posts across multiple sites and platforms, streamlining with a singular calendar. The platform is simple, graphical, and provides great support, making it easy to access what I need.

It’s easy to navigate, and it makes posting across all platforms a breeze for day to day use.

Time management has been a big improvement for me—what used to take hours now takes just a couple of minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the scheduling feature of SOCi. It helps me remember to post a lot more often, and I find it extremely convenient that it can post on multiple social media sites simultaneously. The scheduler is definitely my favorite part! It allows me to sit down at one time and have posts for the school done for a week or more without having to worry about it later, which is extremely helpful.

I like how easy SOCi is to use and how well they communicate. The setup was easy too, as everything was done for us. It also helps a lot with getting leases at the complex.

I use SOCi for online advertising for our complex. They handle all of our advertising, making it easier to get leases at the complex. I love how easy it is to use and how well they communicate.

the ease of use and implementation. I have never had to use their customer support. I can use it daily to track all my reviews and all the information it provides is very nice.

There isn't anything that I don't like about SOCi.

It has all the platforms in one, so you don't have to remember all the logins for different platforms. It makes it so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI in SOCi always helpful for marketing, particularly for coming up with captions. It helps make the software easier to use, especially when I'm having trouble figuring out how to word things—it makes it make sense. For me, the AI is the smartest tool I use, making tasks easier and more efficient. The initial setup was easy and smooth for everyone in the company, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to be very specific when using the AI platform. It would just be helpful to not have to give as much information when using AI because that is what it is for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for marketing, mainly to get AI help to craft captions. It makes software easier to use and helps me articulate ideas effectively when I'm stuck. However, I wish the AI required less specific input to be effective.
