A Must
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and the capability to plan all posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I don't like yet!

I am a 1 woman show at my community and SOCI serves as a virtual assistance.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and I love the the AI generated responses for reviews as it helps to not be so repetitive. Helpful in helping us resolve GBM issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integration has been difficult finding some of the buildings we have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us resolve GBM issues by pushing it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about working w/ & utilizing SOCi is that it seems like each quarter, the team is presenting/pitching a new product offering. While we may not need each service, it's nice knowing they are not content w/ staying stagnant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing we would like to see is more platform integrations, particulalrly for Social Media like Pinterest & the ability to upload high-quality reels through the SOCIAL platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us determine our local presence within several markets through several keyword analysis tools.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi allows for an easy to use, one-stop-shop for multiple daily and weekly tasks that our on-site operators need to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am looking forward to seeing increased functionality and feed into leasing platforms

SOCi allows for easy scheduling of social media platforms and management of online reputation.
This is so very helpful on so many platforms

I love that you can see all of the reviwes even on faceboook. you can also hide a comment if it is not appropret

There is not much that i dont like about it.

It helps us not have to go look though everything and will just allow it all to be on one screen in one place, also there is an app which is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
All the options for the calendar. It's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any at this time.

I really like how it helps in making posts on Facebook and Instagram.
SOCI is an asset to my Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see activity on all of our social media platforms. It's nice to be able to respond to each of them in one stop shop which helps with engagement. What I like best is that they are all in one place for extreme ease of access. I enjoy that everyone is able to use it to create posts/stories, etc. right from their own smart device or pc.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I am unable to say that there is a single thing that I have struggled with!

Time!! SOCI has been a tremendous time saver by housing all of our social media platforms under one roof, making it easy to respond to comments as well as reviews.

The Ability to schedule multiple post on multiple platforms

Wish you had easier steps to add other social media platforms.

Facebook getting our name and product out. Without causing us to much time.
A tool that makes my job easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tools is most helpful and the libraries help me connect with assets from my corporate marketing team. The learning scale is challenging in understanding how to use but once figured out, I have enjoyed managing the social media content. This program support daily, monthly, and yearly edits and has been a main reason our company is able to post consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook Stories cannot be scheduled. Instragram posts cannot be deleted. The system is not integrated with LinkedIn. Also, editing pictures without Canva is not useful. There are no notes or space savers to set reminders, create goals, place ideas on the scheduler. The library system and understanding how to post took several attempts before becoming a regular habit. Accounts have re-synced incorrectly causing some posts to be scheduled for other profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facebook Meta Business only allows scheduling a month ahead. SOCi allows me the opportunity to always be ahead no matter how far ahead I might need it.
Fabulous Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, no glitches, works 99% of the time on all the platforms that I have set up on it, straight forward and very helpful platform for running business social media pages!
What do you dislike about the product?
Linking the social platforms is a little tricky but once they're set up it's great!

One place to post on all platforms - saves a lot of time!!
