What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is user-friendly, which makes it easy to navigate. The ease of uploading content is also a feature I appreciate.

I don't like the aspect of sharing libraries with others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for its ease of use. It makes it easy to get photos and content reviewed and uploaded. I also appreciate that it allows you to schedule the days and times you can post your content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little more user-friendly. The layout of the page could be easier to follow, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to easily get photos and content reviewed and uploaded, and schedule posts for social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to post simultaneously across multiple platforms. I also like how easy it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t see previously scheduled posts that weren’t fulfilled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of having to worry about what to post and when to post across all social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi makes it easy to post to multiple social media sites at once and plan posts. Creating social media posts for multiple platforms simultaneously and scheduling future posts is really convenient. The setup was good, which helped me get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site can seem a little outdated, and the pictures for social media posts can feel outdated.

SOCi makes it easy to post to multiple social media sites at once, plan out posts, and keeps public reviews in one spot for replying.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user-friendly the SOCi dashboard is. The dashboard makes navigating the platform a breeze. Also, their support team is super responsive and helpful, which is a big plus in resolving any issues promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection between Olo and SOCi for online listings updates sometimes doesn't make it onto the listing. Sometimes GMB won't update hours, but that could be because we don't own all of our GMB listings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi updates and aligns our listing information, monitors incorrect data, responds to reviews automatically using AI and templates, and tracks our industry's competitor pulse.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to schedule and promote our social media posts, and I love its integrated AI features that make posting easy. SOCi combines all our social media accounts in one place, simplifying management. I find the scheduler and insights particularly valuable as they help us track our social media presence and keep posts flowing. Responding to reviews is another aspect I appreciate. The initial setup was super easy with the assistance of someone knowledgeable about the platform. Additionally, SOCi connects seamlessly with LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Overall, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 as I love using SOCi.
