Great for Managing Reviews, Needs Accurate CSV Exports
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to pull a CSV of all our reviews with SOCi, which helps me see which stores are doing well in terms of reviews. Additionally, I find the initial setup of SOCi to be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CSV export isn't always accurate. Some reviews just disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for review management and social media response. It helps me pull a CSV of all our reviews, letting me see which stores perform well.
Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi for its ease of use, which makes the setup extremely easy, taking only a minute or so. The scheduling feature is really useful as it allows me to post everything at once and schedule for future or recurring dates. I appreciate the data insights that let me see the reach and success of my campaigns. It's also helpful that SOCi can post to several sites simultaneously and provides important analytics for several areas.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to clearly see quantities of reviews by networks with SOCi. I also enjoy the AI assistant on social post creation, though I wish it could automatically hashtag specific restaurants I'm creating posts for instead of just the main brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the AI assistant to automatically hashtag the specific restaurant I'm creating a post for. Currently, it just hashtags the main brand. The onboarding process was difficult for my teams; there was too much information at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to identify trends in review submissions and ratings, and I enjoy seeing the quantities of reviews by network.
Effortless Scheduling, But Needs Better Image Handling
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to post about my job and events going on in our community, and I really appreciate being able to schedule multiple posts so I don't have to post each day. I like how easy it is to access and post on SOCi; it gives me the ability to post with ease and ensures I'm able to post on many platforms. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SOCi could adjust the pictures if they are not compatible when posting to different platforms. Each platform has a different size for pictures, and if SOCi had the ability to adjust them while posting, it would be easier to get all the posts published. I have to use Canva to adjust the picture size for each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to schedule multiple posts, saving me time by not having to post daily. It's easy to access and lets me post on many platforms seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of all platform management being in a single location.

Having trouble getting some accounts connected. But it will work itself out.

Using SOCi will help with my time management of multiple platforms. This will not only allow for a consistent message and branding across multiple platforms but it will free up my time to go do other things that the business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been a great tool for me. I enjoy the nature of its local marketing with AI, which brings me immense joy. I find it really helpful as it centralizes control of social media all in one place, which is an amazing feature to have. The messaging and listing communications capabilities lock everything down with local controls and state management. It's incredibly useful that it pulls in customer messages from platforms like Google and Meta. Also, the initial setup was smooth.

The learning curve for local teams is a bit challenging.

SOCi centralizes social media controls, pulling in customer messages from platforms like Google and Meta, making local marketing much easier with AI. I love managing everything in one place and the state management feature for local controls.
