SOCI Use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been very effective in responding to the reviews submitted by customers. Suggested responses are a great template to use before customizing the data to each specific location. It is very simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login is somtimes finicky and needs to have additional steps taken to log on to respond to reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have a response for this at this time.

SOCi makes it easy to schedule social media posts to all of my social media accounts at once.

SOCi saves me time by allowing me to schedule social media posts that will post to all of my accounts at once, saving me the time of having to go to each social media platform and post the same thing several times.

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite part of SOCi is how you can schedule boosted posts ahead of time. It has made us incredibly efficient as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always user friendly, especially when new features come out.

Multiple location management, conversations, efficiencies in processes, and reliability

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to add all the info about your location. The reporting is excellent as well as it shows how your location is performing from every aspect; Social Media, Google Search, etc.. The customer support is awesome. We love our reps!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can become unsynced from different channels. However, we set up a notification we receive when that happens now so it has solved the problem of a location being unsynced for a while.

It's great to have a one stop shop to update over 100 locations at once

The ease of use and interface. I like how easy it is to manage several locations for multiple brands.

There are sometimes glitches with the social links and updating groupings can sometimes be difficult.

Being able to manage multiple locations for several brands in an organized way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how SoCi helps me save time. I am a one person office and I do not have time to post as much on social media as needed. There are so many features. I haven't even had a chance to tap all in. SoCi is a life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wished it "looked" a little more pleasing to the eye. It can get a little overwhelming sometimes.

Scheduling my posts when I have no time to do that daily.
I love SOCi. It is simple to use and very effective.

Nothing, really. I can't find anything I would complain about.

SOCi makes it easy to keep up and respond to reviews easily as well as post on our social media platforms.
Invaluable tool for multi-location businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has allowed us to better localize content across all of our locations. It is easy to add new users, user-friendly, and has seriously simplified my ability to involve local users in our social media. The implementation process was phenomenal. I received detailed directions at every step, and every questions was answered quickly and thoroughly. Submitting tickets for support is easy, and their response time is always quick. I use this platform every day, and it has genuinely made a difference in the ease of social, listings, and reviews for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all software, SOCi does have its issues and glitches. Sometimes pages disconnect from the account, or I receive an error when trying to schedule social content. Truthfully, I don't have a lot of bad things to say about it even with that. They notify promptly of any problems, and I've never seen something be an issues for longer than a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem SOCi is solving for me is making is easy to localize content. I can create a post one time, drop in dynamic content for each location's specific information, then schedule it to all locations. Additionally, managing listings has never been easier. Being able to update all cover photos at once saves me at least an hour of manually switching in and out of pages on Facebook. Updating hours in one place on SOCi and it carrying to all of our listings saves hours of time. The ability to create templates for responding to messages, comments, and reviews has cut our response time in half.
One Stop Shop for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it very easy to track everything related to social media. The dashboard shows live metrics and the scheduler to plan posts ahead of time. It makes life so much easier I don't have to stress about anything for my business when it comes to social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sometimes unable to post multiple pictures on some channels but overall a great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes plannig and tracking social media marketing efforts easy and carefree. This free's up time to focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
