What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to post on all platforms at once, which is really helpful for advertising for the apartment complex. I also appreciate the news feed that SOCi provides. The initial setup was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SOCi could format pictures automatically for the appropriate platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to post on all platforms in one swoop, making advertising for our apartment complex easier, and I enjoy the news feed it provides.
SOCi Makes Social Media and Listings Management Easy and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a well-functioning software that truly helps us manage social media and listings for our communities on a daily basis. It offers a wide range of tools that fit our business needs and makes it easier to stay organized across everything we handle. We can easily add new listings and communities into the platform and have them running within a week. Their support team our account representative are always quick to respond and assist with anything we need. SOCi seamlessly connects to our socials and makes reporting a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
There not many downsides to SOCi - we are pleased!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how SOCi provides ease to post on all social media platforms, saving me a lot of time. I enjoy its scheduling calendar and the capability to post across all platforms at once, which makes posting on social media very convenient. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, making everything straightforward from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to find something to improve, it would be to make the entire platform more digestible to the eye, sometimes I feel that there are lots of options to choose from and it could be simplified.

I use SOCi for scheduling and posting social media content across multiple platforms, which saves me a lot of time and makes the process very convenient.
Transparent, Centralized Dashboard That Keeps Everything in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard makes all the information transparent and in one centralized location

There can be an overwhelming amount of information, which sometimes makes it difficult to find what I’m looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SOCi to monitor all of our franchise locations’ individual marketing efforts. We can easily move between each office to view campaigns, schedule posts, and read and respond to Google reviews. When managing so many locations, it’s essential for us to access all of their individual accounts from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for social media marketing for a property I work for, and it's very convenient because it allows us to advertise the many amenities we offer with just a single click in a scheduled post. I love that we can share across multiple platforms without needing to redirect to other pages. I enjoy that with SOCi, you can map out your entire day, week, or month, which helps us stay organized with our posts. The initial setup was easy as 1, 2, 3.

I use SOCi for social media marketing, making it easy to advertise properties with a single click. It helps with optimal post timing and lets us share across platforms without extra steps. I like organizing posts daily, weekly, or monthly.
Easy to Use with Phenomenal Customer Service and Everyday AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to work with and the customer service is phenomenal! There are many features that we use including the AI, which we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike. It's an amazing product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have an AI Reputation agent that helps guide us through our day. We used to handle at least 10k reviews a week, but with the AI agent it’s down to 1,000 or less.
Essential Tool for Engaging Residents
What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi amazing because it helps me stay in contact with my residents. I like the many tools and ideas for posts it gives me. It's pretty great how it makes my simple messages sound more professional. The initial setup was pretty easy too.

Scheduler Makes Planning Easy, with Reviews Conveniently in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduler option. Being able to schedule posts in advance is one of the best features, because I can plan content for the next month without having to worry about it day to day. Also, having access to all the reviews on one page is so convenient, especially when I’m trying to respond to every review across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I can’t access Canva or Capcut directly from my post page. Having that option would make it easier to create content right from the page, without needing to switch elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci makes it easy to access the tools we need when creating content to promote our business.
SOCi's A.I. Genius Simplifies Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for posting on social media and responding to reviews. I like how it gives me ideas to post and when to post them. The AI Genius feature is something I really appreciate because it takes the thinking away for me. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish SOCi would provide images as well.
