Very helpful and organized for all your platforms
What do you like best about the product?
easy to navigate and manage all your platforms. there are a lot of features and if you don't understand how some of them work there are many ways to figure it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
the connection is sometimes interrupted from your socials and you need to manage and check back often

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Connects with all of our major platforms for the site team to easily access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Resolve button and pre-loaded SOCi templates for reputation management portion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring reviews, volume, responses, etc.
User-Friendly Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's dashboard is a one-stop shop. Getting products added is easy, and the support you receive sets the bar high. Since it's real-time data, it's the perfect platform to managing all things social.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to SOCi is not being able to go live from the dashboard, and record TikTok's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi provides a one-stop shop for our 90+ properties. We can easily and fluidly manage all social platforms, reviews, etc.
Absolutely Love Soci
What do you like best about the product?
My review has not changed over the 4 years using Soci. I absolutely love this software and cannot manage my multiple platforms without it. I love the ability to preschedule posts and the ability to respond to comments/reviews right in the app on my phone. I am not tech-savvy, but the program is simple to use. I no longer worry about forgetting to post content with the calendar scheduler. I recently added TikTok to our Soci account. It is so convenient to schedule posts and respond to comments. This is the best social media manager on the planet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I do not like about the program.

I can preschedule the social media posts on several platforms at once which saves me so much time.

The ease of posting between platforms is extremely convenient.

Personally, I wish I knew how to utilize the various tabs and understand the data more.

Saves time when posting to multiple platforms instead of logging into each one individually.
Efficient for Reviews and Listings, Minor Update Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for listings, reviews, and social postings across multiple locations. Responding to reviews is extremely efficient with SOCi, and it helps me keep my online listings information accurate. I also find it easy to post to all social platforms for all locations. The reviews and listings are the best features for me, providing essential tools to manage everything as the Director of Marketing for over 70 locations. Even though the initial setup took some time, the onboarding pains were worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with errors in listings, particularly with Apple Business Connect and Yelp, where information does not update as it should and these platforms don't accept the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi makes responding to reviews efficient, keeps listings accurate, and simplifies social posting for all my locations.

One-stop shop for all things social - this really helps to make sure we're responding to reviews, comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real negative is the look and feel. Feels very 1990 Microsoft.

Easy to use software for managing multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage multiple accounts across multiple platforms and cross post content with ease. I love that I see the metrics of how different content performs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about SOCi so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule content and it doesn't *look* like scheduled posts. We are able to post the same images, videos, ads across multiple accounts and platforms without the time and effort of going into each account individiually.
Good but needs some work!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is something that the entire team/company can use and work together on. I really like the library feature for organization and that I can use pre-made templates that our Rep creates. Customer support has also always been wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is annoying to sign into- I wish I could save my login info. It's hard to post things to instagram and FB at the same time as the photos have to be different formats. Overall, the layout of the site could make a bit more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have all my social media platforms in one place! Makes it easier to use and keep track of when/where I've created posts. Our company does not allow for accounts to be personally run with logins to the platforms so SOCi is important.

Reporting, don't find it useful when reviewing.

Being able to respond to any all reviews we receive in one location, is amazing.
