SOCi is Life
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use! I also love not thinking about how my Social Media pages!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything! SOCi is great i just wish personal accounts could use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my whole social media problem. I really don't have to think about posting every day. I just sit down for a couple hours and I can schedule months at a time.
SOCi is a game changer for a 1 person marketing department!
What do you like best about the product?
With over 50 properties in our portfolio, SOCi makes it easier to keep an eye on our social media campaigns and monitor the sites to make sure they are posting often and on brand. SOCi is constantly evolving and truly listens to feedback to improve its product year after year. The customer service is top-notch and set up was a breeze. Our teams use SOCi daily and the reporting has been so helpful for myself as well as the Regional Team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the organic posts were a little more apartment-focused and didn't get recycled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps me monitor 50 properties' social media platforms.
Good platform, very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the scheduler function the most. It is nice to be able to post the same post across various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
LinkedIn only allows 1 photo when you post from the scheduler, but the native platform can post more than 10

Needing to post on multiple platforms.
User Friendly Service!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view analytics over a period of time in terms of social media. I also love that I can schedule out content in advance - makes it super easy to be able to easily plan ahead! Customer support has always been extremely quick to respond and very helpful when I need it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't use your own filters in Soci. For example, I have to go onto Instagram, apply the filter, and then go to soci to schedule it. Wish it could all be done in one place!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci used to crop Instagram images before I went to post; but it doesn't do that anymore! This has been helpful and cut my admin work in half in terms of posting.

All in one platform. I am able to post to both our socials. I am able to edit each one.

Nothing. I like it all. I feel like it should be a little more user friendly.

SOCI Has Helped
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is a convenient, catch-all, hub that allows for an easy one-shop-stop to answer reviews, monitor online reputations, collaborate with team members and easily post social updates. The ease of access is my favorite feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where it can be difficult to locate the pending requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker and easier response times to reviews and management of online reputation.
SOCi Reviews and Social Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is so easy to use, it's as simple as that. The interface is amazing and so easy to train people with, it's very comprehensive. There's always new capabilities coming out, like their Genius AI that now populates a response to reviews immediately. There are so many tools in there that you don't even know about, it's like discovering a new thing every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things don't work as they should, and accounts get unlinked for no reason, BUT, it's normally an easy fix. It's great how many integrations there are, it just seems like some of them don't always work that well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect all of our properties in one place for things like reputation management and social media planning and scheduling. Our marketing team can get in there and oversee everything together, but their teams can look at everything just for them. It's quite perfect! It really helps ease the stress of having to communicate and watch over so many different communities.
One stop for everything
What do you like best about the product?
With an easy and user-friendly layout that requires little training for new users, the application excels in usability. It is simple for consumers to find what they need quickly because to the logical feature organization and simple navigation.
Easy to Use: Putting the application into practice was a simple and easy task. Furthermore, the documentation that is offered is extensive and covers a wide range of potential implementation situations.
I was able to integrate maps and apis very easily. Those API calls are made very frequently from the application. If there were some hicckups SOCi team was able to support us anytime.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike about SOCi. Everything is cool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us to find the stores using API for the users coming to the site.
Great people making an innovative product!
What do you like best about the product?
The support from their team is amazing! They always keep us up to date on what is new and what is coming. Super friendly and very nice!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform interface feels old or clunky. But not always. There are sometimes weird restrictions with social media that become frustrating hurdles, but that is not SOCi's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring social media marketing across many locations - helps us strategize, review, and QC our various social media feeds.
Helpful but Cumbersome
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi allows me to plan out things in advance. There is nothing that gives me the ick more than writing social media posts and doing so on each of the platforms; SOCi is helpful for me to create the one post I need for each platform and I can edit them individually as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is not the "Latest and greatest" in syncronizing the social media platforms as there are limitations to each platform. Sometiems the ways in which I'd like for things to show up on Instagram Stories or Google Business aren't able to be done due to the limitations on SOCi.
