Great
What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule the postings for an entire month. That is posts on each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at this time. It has worked great so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has cut down the time that is spend posting on each platform. It has also made it easier for us to see the new reviews.
Game Changer!
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user friendly and the layout of it is so easy to navigate around. We used to use Rallio and Soci is by far superior!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I'm not sure I've noticed any downsides regarding Soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been really nice being able to schedule posts out. It's also great that you can link all your social media accounts and it will filter the ones out that aren't compatible with whatever you're posting.
Ease and Helpfulness
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi management systems have been great at integrating and managing my social media presence and when I have had questions or issues, I have been able to get fast and accurate help, which I super appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't found anything I dislike about SOCi yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having all my social media analytical software under one roof, SOCi takes the overwhelming aspect of handling that and frees me up to work on building my own business.
SOCi is the perfect application to manage your Social Media accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
Our business' favorite part of SOCi is that it makes scheduling in advance incredibly easy for us. It allows us time to review & schedule when certain posts will go on our accounts. This helps us by ensuring we are consistent and we love that!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we have found fault in with SOCi as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a smaller business, it was hard for us to keep up with Social Media posts because of our smaller amount of staff. We do not have someone dedicated to do our Social Media so being able to create posts to help market us in advance has been a life saver.

So easy to use - has every feature you need and then some and is so easy to work for franchisees

I truly can't think of one thing I do not like about this platform

Making it easy for franchisees to promote on brand social media, containing listing managment to one platfrom for updates, and SEO pages. Streamlining brand look and feel across franchisees and freeing time to marketing team.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Planning our social posts for multiple platforms at once saves so much time and makes things so much easier. Helps us stay organized without spending additional time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult finding old posts or re-posting old posts.

Localizing multiple platforms to one interface to post and keep track of future posts very easily.

Great system to have everything associated to Social Media, Marketing and Reviews all in one portal.
What do you like best about the product?
That is very easy to use, I really like the ability to respond to reviews and that I have access to templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversations with the Bot system is not very helpful. Is better if they get directed to call my agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IS helping have better access to reply to reviews as well as ease of use when it comes to Social Media marketing.
Easy to use for busy administrators!

I love that you can post on multiple platforms with one entry.

I haven't been able to figure out how to post events that can be shared by other people yet.

Soci gets our name out in the community and allows parents to see all of the fun things we are doing at school.
Soci makes work less hard .

I like that you can have almost every social media in one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have more access on the story part for intagram that you can do more than just post a photo.

As it right now I havent had an issue.
