Best I found, but has limitations in social media
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the few platforms with full Yelp integration. Review responses work great. There is lots of flexibility with reporting and notifications. There is also lots of flexibility with user roles and approvals. Innovative tools for multi-location businesses are great such as content calendars, being able to suggest content for location approval, and libraries. It's fairly easy to use and navigate. Training is pretty good, and customer support is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implimentation team is responsive, but has been a frustrating process at times. Two months in and the platform still isn't fully functional. There have been numerous glitches I've had to report including not being able to post images, notifications not working correctly, and listings inconsistancies, some of which they're still trying to fix.
There are very limited options for image editing and the Canva integration doesn't really work. You can't change how it crops images for Instagram.
You can only create reports for individual communities at a time. If you want to look at metrics for multiple locations, you need to pull multiple reports. Also, many of the metrics only work for posts made in SOCi, not on native platforms.
If you want to post something slightly different from one platform to another, for instance, remove a link for Instagram or change hashtags for Facebook, you need to do that as two separate posts. You also can't tag other profiles on IG and FB on the same post.
Location level notifications can't be set by default, each user needs to set their own which is a huge pain.
I wish SOCi had a way to engage with other profiles, like leaving comments like other platforms have.

They are working on fixes for technical problems, such as automated reports not working properly. They're also working on including metrics from multiple locations in a single report. Haven't seen the results of these yet.

I love to use soci because of its ease to use and ease of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is extremely helpful in getting you up and running with what you need. The system is easy to use, allows you to setup multiple locations, and provides some great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative. The only thing I can think of that might be considered negative would be the interface isn't crisp, the design could use an update but otherwise it's still functional for everything you need.

We have multiple locations that all need constant monitoring and management for GMB.

The time and attention to managing calendars and multiple platforms is inneficient. SOCI helps to solve that.

Navigate and Control your Real Estate Marketing Posts
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi, I have full control of my social media content of my choice. I can post daily or schedule it out daily or monthly. I am able to cross post daily or by schedule for all my social media platforms at one time! I can review insight for my content, recieve and review messages assocaited with posts. I can find content within the platform. In overall I think it is a very cool and much needed tool, I like to schedule out monthly and have the ability to narrate my content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-loaded content, there is not enough content within. Its not a bad thing and nor is it annoying. I have acces to other content but to have content within would be timesaving and so dope if SOCi had real estate content!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solved my issue with being able to schedule more than one post in a week time frame. I am able to take my content and use SOCi scheduler to set my content for the day(s), week(s) and even months(s). Sometimes I can get busy in life so when I have the down time, I utilize SOCi to schedule my content and see what post my audience rather see and I love it!

It's easy to post for businesses, and it makes it easy to advertise for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many, it would be nice if we could edit posts a little easier.

Soci is bringing traffic to our social media, which we love!

SOCi is very user friendly and allows me to schedule real estate related posts to social media with ease.

There are some repeat articles, a wider variety of articles would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to post pre-formatted and approved articles to my SOI seamlessly.

I like that there are automatic posts to my social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to check in to make sure LinkdIn gets reconnected, because it keeps dropping and I feel they should fix this issue by now with the social media company. Sometimes I check scheduled posts, because some are irrelevant to my business.

I'm not sure, because I don't notice any changes.
