Could use a better differentiation of responses that doesn't seem so robotic.

SOCi is making it easy to establish a connection between the customer and the company when it comes to reviews and feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using SOCi for publishing business social media content, and I find it quite effective and user-friendly. Its intuitive interface makes managing multiple accounts a breeze, and the AI responsiveness ensures that posts are optimized for engagement. Additionally, the alerts for interactions help me stay on top of customer engagement in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I find it difficult to fully understand the effectiveness of the ads within the region in which I'm operating. It would be useful if the program provided recommendations on the target audience based on the region and offered a more effective pathway moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows me to concentrate on specific targeting of social media while maintaining constant ads in multiple SM plarform

I love the Calendar for future posts! Super easy!

I would like to have a way for my stylists upload their own pictures directly.

Soci is helping me organize our social media posts and ensure we are posting daily.
So easy an OLD DUDE can do it.

They have great resources for my travel agency business and provide fantastic service to design the perfect marketing plan.

I don't have anything I dislike about them!

able to cross post in multiple forums saving me time and energy. They do the work for me.
Soci was easy to learn and was very easy to set up. Soci made it a quick process to post daily.

Soci made it easy to set up multiple postings.

There isn't anything particular that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timliness of posting was always a struggle. Soci made it easy to navigate scheduling out posts in the future.
Excellent way to promote different destinations!

It has been so helpful and it has enabled me to have to go in and learn about all these places I am promoting!

It is difficult to be able to delete a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is absolutely helping me to make sure that there are postings of all kinds on my social media each day. I am seeing that I am getting a lot of leads from my postings as they are different than what I would usually get!! It has really opened me up to a whole new group of people and will allow me to expand my business.
Easy to navigate through
What do you like best about the product?
You can set it and forget it and find flyers for different kinds of holidays to post on your social media. I dont have to think about what to post to keep my social media recent.

I dont have anything bad to say about SOCi.

SOCi is working pretty well

Easy to automate posting of content to my various social media accounts. Enables me to schedule content postings for the month and effectively set it and forget it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to reconnect Facebook to SOCi on a regular basis to maintain a strong connection. Also, the algorithm of LinkedIn and Facebook recognize it's an autoposter and deprioritizes posts as a result

Enables me to automate the posting of my content to keep a consistent presence online

The options available are abundant, however, navigating all of them can be overwhelming.

The ability to post to multiple social media platforms at the same time.

Easy to respond to reviews, easy to plan out social media posts. Gives great insight into your business for social scores
What do you dislike about the product?
The app on your phone, makes you login each time and doesn't autosave your password. Very annoying
