Soci is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we were able to set up an auto reply on the reviews that do not have comments. Also, if you have the app it notifies you on your smart phone and watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that I have to enter my username and password on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is putting all of our reviews in one area which is great. I don't have to go to different websites to get different reviews.

I love that i can schedule my post and also that i have the ability to post to all my stores at once. also that i am able to update store hours

i would say the phone app is the only thing i have constant issues with .

great at saving me time and helping me be consistent and efficient with my time
Amazing Resource
What do you like best about the product?
Managing hundreds of social media channels can prove to be difficult, but with SOCi, managing these has made my life much easier. I no longer have to create seperate logins for each Facebook user and manager when team members change. Rather, I am able to provide a simple login to manage all social channels in one place. Scheduling and posting content is super simple and the trakcing provied through SOCi is always a super helpful resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more integrations with Instagram. It can be difficult having teams manage their own Instagrams for posting Reels with trending audio. Same with TikTok. I would also love to see a better system for uploading imaged to shared libraries. If there was a way for SOCi to index these using AI so that I don't have to manually add keywords for these images to be found, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management is the best way SOCi is helping my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Makes keeping track of your social accounts easy by keeping everything in one place instead of having to track stats individually with each platform. You can schedule posts in SOCi up to a month in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets the tenor of comments wrong but it's easy to override and reclassify. It would be nice to have an extended calendar for scheduling posts futher out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps everything in one place making it easy to track SEO and target audience.
Easy, Needs Some Additional Features
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is helpful for creating batch posts, across channels and scheduling them. It makes it easy to take a couple of hours and plan out the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics view doesn't display all of the information I would like to see. The views are also a bit wonky and you have to click through multiple sections to see posts. Posts don't show a preview display of how it will look once it is published on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping us publish posts in batches across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I can submit to multiple platforms at the same time. I've never really needed customer support because i have not had an issue that needs additional help. It is so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about SOCi; I have no suggestions for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time from having to manage multiple platforms which I would not have time to do.

I appreciate the graphs and charts. Provide clear and interesting views. That along with the social post scheduler. Super easy and a time saver for me.

Seems to disconnect frequently with my Google Buisness page and struggles to reconnect.

Saves time as it connects to multiple social platforms and easy to tailor the delivery and timing.

Soci can post to multiple social media platforms in with the click of a button. Plus, posts can be scheduled in advance.

Links to platforms sometimes break and have to be re-established.

Soci allows me to reach more people with ease. By posting on multiple platforms, customers of all stripes hear about our company.
Everything I need for my Social Media!
What do you like best about the product?
This is so helpful for scheduling posts. My favorite part is how I get a notification whenever someone makes a review on any of my socials so that I can quickly respond to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are managing multiple locations with similar names, it can be easy to make a mistake and post on the wrong timeline.

SOCi is a great platform that is constantly adding new features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi is constantly adding new products and they are a thought leader in the franchise space. It's also easy to use for adding multiple locations and location groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few improvements I would make:
- listings tracking is not great, localized, or always accurate. needs better reporting
- wish we could solicit reviews in some way
- the GBP posting is not as powerful as it could be like through local viking
