What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is simple and easy to use. It takes just 5 minutes to list a new store, and all the necessary information is properly detailed. I can manage stores quickly, and updates reflect on the website in real time. The setup was super easy; I learned and then explained it to my team in just one session. We use it to accurately list stores around the country, ensuring all contact details and social media are up to date. With the support of a specific account manager, any potential issue is easily managed.

We use SOCi for accurate store listings with contact details and social media. It's simple and quick, taking 5 minutes to add a store, and updates reflect in real-time, saving us time and effort.

I love how quickly the reviews come through, and we get notified each time. The initial setup of SOCi was great!

We had an issue with connecting our Yelp account in the beginning, if this was a little easier or guided that would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like SOCi because it simplifies social media posting and ensures continuity across social channels with the convenience of content scheduling. The interface is easy to use, which saves me time creating and posting content. I appreciate the scheduling feature and the clean layout that allows me to ensure all social content is scheduled across relevant platforms. The analytics feature and the quality of content monitoring are also beneficial. Having hard data to back up the effectiveness of social campaigns is wonderful. The layout is less cluttered and more clean compared to other social media scheduling tools. Additionally, I found the initial setup very easy.

The platforms SOCi allows to post to. Integrating the ability to post to TikTok would be nice.

I like that everything is in one place, which makes it much easier to manage. It also feels very customizable, whether you’re using it for different businesses or for different people who manage social accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar feature most on SOCi, and that's what I use most frequently when I am creating property posts for Google Business, Facebook, and Instagram. I like the updates they've added where it's super easy to upload a photo or video. I also like where you can select what time you'd like the post to be scheduled for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to be creative every month for multiple posts and come up with different ideas and not repeat posts as little as possible.

SOCi is helping our property's social media engagement increase more, as well as our exposure on multiple outlets.

I like that SOCi helps me save time and energy by posting automatically for me. I appreciate that the topics are relevant and interesting. I also like the 'set it and forget it' feature, where I can schedule posts and not worry about them. It saves me a lot of time, allowing me to work more directly in my real estate business. The initial setup was pretty easy.

I would like to see articles that are more local to the area; the topics tend to be very broad.
