Its super user friendly and very easy to navigate to each different section.

I just wish it had a few more different selections for the auto replies for the google reviews

The ease of use is worth every penny! Ease of implementation and integration with a broad amount of teams. I like the support center database its easy to search for the things you need. Easy reporting dashboard to view with great visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have an AI feature to integrate with the speed of answering reviews. The onboarding process could be more clear-cut. Or have onboarding go through the support portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all reviews from multiple channels filter into one place has helped our teams tremendously. Also, it has helped reporting to gather a holistic sentiment throughout our digital footprint

Sometimes the posts reject or our pages unlink themselves. However, the customer service is always quick to fix the problem!
