What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes posting to social media easy! Lots of templates and having everything in one place is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to preview the post the way it will appear on the social media network prior to posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to post all in one place which greatly helps with time management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am notified of social media posts that failed to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The content in the SOCI is minimul. I would recommend updating the library for Farmers Insurance monthly with fresh content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping business name and services in front of potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial part of Soci to me is the social media calendar. We don't always have time to post every day and the calendar makes it simple to schedule an entire month out with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to turn a little bit more about the other functionalities of Soci before I have anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management- scheduling social media posts and managing reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Our social media can be managed in a one stop shop. At our office, we can manage posts for Facebook, instagram and google. It helps us grow our socials by making our posts easier to manage. Customer service is very nice and fast to help with my inquiries
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is usually overwhelming having to post in multiple platforms the same post. With SOCi, it can be done in 1.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post on all of our social media accounts in one go. The ability to share ideas and colab with other franchise users.

When updating our website, the updates take time and cannot be viewed instanly.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduing post feature with the calender visability
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of engagement tools to use from soci, i.e. commenting or reposting posts, adding your own title ot a repost, etc. aren't options with soci.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling postsahead of time for a couple months at a time is the main reason I use soci, i can visually see my posts on a calender and ensure we're posting consistently.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is easy to use as a cross platform check and implemenation tool. This allows us to see all of our accounts in one setting and respond to customers in the most timely manner possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we do not dislike anything about SOCi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to respond to customers and see all customer reviews in one setting which reduces overhead costs and allows us to reach our customers as quickly as possible!
