Great tool to help manage your social media posts to save you valuable time

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi posts a variety of posts to multiple platforms. It helps keep me relevant on all the sites. I also like that I can chose which suppliers or type of travel I market. I love the fun, playful posts and the ones that recognize National Days. I like how easy it is to use as well, once you link your platforms it does the posting for you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it be challenging to see the calendar of upcoming posts. I woudl like a way to select a supplier to feature one week or month. Maybe have some more reels and stories to share too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be relevant in ways I am not as familiar with. THere are reels and videos that are trendy at times that I'm not as familiar with to keep me relevant in the industry.

The login process as it sends a text to my phone every time.

Great Tool

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great way for our main consortium office to be able to provide tools for us to utilize within our social channels. As a small business it can be difficult to commit the time to creating and posting different, engaging content. This makes things so much simpler!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning some of the in's and out's of the system. I know we can do IG stories, but I feel like there could be a way to make it more of an engaging story. However, like I said, still learning how to use it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to make the most out of our time. As I mentioned, it can be difficult to commit the time/resources to social media when you're running a smaller business, so this helps with that issue.

Easy to Use, One Stop Shop

What do you like best about the product?
Much needed! As someone who does not use Facebook in my personal life it is wonderful to have a tool that makes posts without needing a personal handle to connect to. Easy access to canva to drop your logo on anything or make a cute design and you can schedule out as far as your creative mid will let you :)
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is not being able to delete previous posts/drafts. They are past date un=posted content that display on my dashboard and I would love a delete draft/post button on it. Can only "schedule post" or cancel by selcting them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great having all platforms on one dashboard, and the "auto"response for reviews that you can build off from or edit.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how all my statistics are in one place. I can see everything from the dashboard. I like being able to reply to reviews in a timely manner.

It can sometimes be overwhelming to navigate.

Total Business Game-Changer!

What do you like best about the product?
I own 4 business locations that depend heavily on social media. Each business has its own Instagram, Facebook, yelp, and Google account. Needless to say, the complexity of managing all of these separately would be way too much and too time-consuming to make sense. Soci Has been a total game changer! It's super easy to schedule for all four accounts together or separately and I really love how easy it is to respond to reviews. I highly recommend this tool to help businesses save time and manage their social private profile more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve has been a little tough for us, and it would be fantastic to be able to schedule multiple stories together for a single day. Additionally, we really, really really need to have the ability to see the Instagram layout of our schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to more efficiently post social media content.

I like that it connects to mulitple platforms like GMB. Customer support has been great.

It's a little clunky compared to other platforms
