The AI functionality didn't seem complete for handling applications on our company website.

I use SOCi for posting on multiple company social media pages and analyzing the data with weekly emails.
Convenience and Efficiency Boost with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for Google reviews for work, and I really appreciate how it alerts me of reviews and puts all in one place, which is really convenient. I find the ability to respond to reviews super helpful because it makes it convenient to read and respond to Google reviews. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could do a better job of showing the name of the person that left the review.

I use SOCi for Google reviews. It alerts me of reviews, puts them all in one place, and makes it convenient to read and respond, which I really appreciate.

I like that it puts all of my information in several places.

It is NOT user friendly. It is so hard to use and confusing. I can not post from SOCI on my own.

The franchise can put up some posts for me.
Simple, User-Friendly Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The user-face is very simple and uncomplicated.

Sometimes tickets are marked resolved but the issue is still open.

We have over 170 branches so this platform is able to monitor and update all of our local listings.
Effortless Social Media Management with SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use with SOCi. The initial setup was super easy, and I find the daily posting feature very valuable since I can't always set aside time to create new content and schedule it every day.

Nothing, it is all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi posts daily for my travel agency on Facebook, saving me time as I can't always schedule daily content. The daily posting feature and ease of use are great.
One-Click Multi-Platform Posting That’s Surprisingly Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
For us, the most helpful thing about SOCi is the ability to have a social media presence on multiple platforms, but only having to post from one place. We are able to update multiple platforms with one click. SOCi is super user-friendly and easy to utilize as well. We were nervous about the transition to SOCi, but with no training, we were able to quickly establish the skills to navigate SOCi and successfully update our social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only frustrating things that we have run into with SOCi are that we often find when we upload photos that were taken with a cell phone, they look fine on the website and on the scheduler, but when they post, they are blurry. It has occurred with photos taken from multiple cellular devices. The only other thing is that sometimes our posts expire because they require approval. I wish that there was an option to allow the post to delay processing if it isn't approved within the timeframe that you're scheduling. Some posts may be time sensitive, so that wouldn't make sense, but a lot of our posts are just updates about events that have happened or curriculum in the classrooms, so there is no real expiration. I would also like to be able to connect accounts for multi-unit operators.

Soci is saving us lots of time and energy in helping us to control all of our social media platforms from one place!
