Such A Timesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule posts in advance! Also the ability to post to multiple platforms all from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
That if you accidentally post something that you meant to schedule you can't delete it if it has posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing ease to post to multiple sites and scheduling in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts all of your companies social media pages in one place and allows for streamlined posting, thus saving lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual interface could be a bit more user friendly, but it didn't take too long to get the hang of.

Saving time manually posting on each social media platform.
Timesaver so I can do the other tasks I need to get done.

Love the content! Its a good skeleton to getting my social media active and getting followers interested in traveling.

It's a great localized marketing platform designed for multi-location enterprises. It helps businesses manage their digital presence across various locations and channels. I find SOCi intuitive and user-friendly.

The platform can sometimes feel restrictive.

Managing social media for multiple locations can be overwhelming. SOCi streamlines this process by allowing businesses to schedule, publish, and monitor posts from a single platform.

It's nice to see a full picture of the engagement on all platforms.

It's a little busy and I believe could be a simpler home screen.

The platform is very easy to use and friendly to navigate.

The insights could be more granular and industry specific benchmarks and categories would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been such an easy program to use. This is the first scheduling program I have used since graduating college and it is way easier to navigate than other scheduling programs. I also enjoy that is has a "Peak Time' feature so you can engage with your audience when it will be most beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is the analytic updates. Most of the time there will not be updates and things will look the same for weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us make sure our content is the same across all platforms and that everything is scheduled weeks in advance.
SOCI drives the right traffic on the freeway of marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Since we have transferred to SOCi, the leads driving to our website and properties has changed. It's been more tailored to the specific needs of the individual prior to them arriving to view their prospective new apartment home. We can leverage and scale our operations in the right fashion rather than try to hit an evermoving target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change is never easy when having to move from one product that you've used for a long time; however, SOCi is much more updated and their features better suit what we are ultimately looking for for our communities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi benefits our team with resources that target exactly what we need from a renter's perspective when searching and combines that with the traffic we need at each site.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having access to all the information in one place. I love the reports here and seeing what posts are catching our clients' attention. I enjoy having the AI assistants when creating review responses. I also love how easy it is to schedule future posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do miss having premade reviews for certain situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to stay on top of our reviews. Making posts more frequently with the ability to future schedule posts.
