User-Friendly Platform with Centralized Social Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for easy access by having everything in one place. I like the feature that assists in writing social media posts with AI. SOCi is a one-stop shop and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike SOCi's delay in notifying us when a review has been posted. It would also be nice if more tools to enhance Google reviews were available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi solves the problem of managing everything in one place for easy access. I also like the AI feature that assists in writing social media posts.
Scheduling and Review Management Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I work in multifamily housing and we use SOCi to promote our properties. The main function it serves is marketing, and I love that we are able to schedule posts ahead of time because we are always busy. The ability to schedule posts in advance stands out to me. Also, the review function is great. It allows us to manage reviews that come from other platforms seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to schedule marketing posts ahead of time, which is a huge time-saver as we're always busy. The review management function is also great.
Simplicity Marred by Functional Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't collaborate with users on IG, you can't save draft posts from the scheduler, can't post polls, and can't look at the calendar for multiple brands at once. Reports don't combine IG and FB, the thumbnail upload broke, you can't choose to post manually from an app, the client approval link doesn't work, and some posts just won't publish and say 'unknown error'.

I use SOCi for social media scheduling and reporting, which simplifies these tasks.
Professionally Curated Social Posts Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
That the social media posts are professional done and curated for me

copy is short and I often have to rewrite to match my niche

Convenient All-in-One Posting, but the Interface Feels Busy and Confusing

I really like that I can access all my platforms in one place, which makes posting so much easier and more convenient.

I dislike how busy and confusing the site feels. I think it could be cleaned up a bit to make it simpler and more user-friendly overall.

Streamlined Social Media Management, Highly Recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi for promoting the gym and keeping members updated, and I really appreciate the auto posts feature. It helps in getting the word out faster and reminds me to post. I also like that I'm able to tie in all my social accounts, which is really convenient. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commenting is not the easiest from the computer, and I would also like to be able to use more than just the like button.

Good Multi-Platform Posting, But Metrics and Per-Platform Caption Scheduling Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to be able to post on multiple social platforms all at once, and I like how it alerts me if there is an issue with a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I interact with a review or a post outside of soci, it isn't recorded, so I don't have accurate metrics. Also, I tailor each caption for different socials individually, so it would be nice to be able to schedule the separate platforms with individual captions in one form, rather than having to schedule them with one version of the caption, and then go through individually to edit the caption for each plaform. One other thing is that when I paste a caption in the text box, it doesn't delete the selected text I already have there, it just adds to it, which creates friction for me.

The ability to schedule posts for many platforms all in once place
Clunky Platform with Inconsistent Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use the listing management features, which has value if it worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a little clunky and doesn't always easily show which profiles have incorrect information on different listings quickly. Also, when changes go live, they are inconsistent in whether they'll be made on the intended locations, creating more work for the team by having to follow up and check the profiles because of the low success rate, or having to submit a ticket for a minor change because it didn't go live the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for managing a large number of profiles across clients in one platform, despite its clunkiness and the unreliability of updates going live.
Easy Scheduling and Posting to All Social Accounts at Once
What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use. I like that I can post to all our social media accounts at once and I can either post now or schedule for later

I don’t really dislike anything. It all works great

I am sometimes too busy to postIt gives me great suggestions I also love the AI rewrite feature

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and makes life easier when trying to balance desk work + social media/content creation work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big dislikes come to mind at the moment. It's an easy tool to use.

Balancing task and making sure everything gets done/posted in a timely, beneficial matter.
