I love everything about SoCi!
What do you like best about the product?
We can schedule posts months in advance and we can visually see what is scheduled for posting as well
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot adjust picture sized for instagram posts. something minimal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not forget to post, we can easily plan our marketing weeks in advance and be all set!
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes social media posting as easy as counting to 10. With just a click of a few buttons, you can create a new post. The best thing about SOCI is planning when you want certain things to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could be a bit more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember to post on certain days. I can plan all my posts for the month.

I like the different platforms we can utilize with SOCi as well as the templates and direction it helps with. I always get notified of a review as well so I can answer quickly.

The only downside is I wish there was more creativity

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners. The platform doesn't require extensive training to get started

when adjusting the time of a scheduled post, you have to change the time for each social network individually rather than all together.

Easy to organize and stay up to date with engagement on all social platforms and reviews.

I have to relogin often because it auto logs out quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Takes the burden of remembering daily social posts off of my employees and me. Leaves us to do other tasks at in the shop.

Haven't really had too many things come up that I dislike. I have only had my store since March so it has been great so far.

Just frees up time for me in my shop not having to constantly post on social media.
User Friendly Social Media Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is a very user-friendly platform that can schedule and post social content. I like that you can view the calendar and see suggested and scheduled posts. Responding to reviews within SOCi saves time compared to responding manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI automated suggestions are helpful but they are often extremely repetitive and overly apologetic. I tend to write my own response anyway.

It is mostly a scheduling system for recommended posts for us. The ability to respond to reviews for both places on the same page is very helpful.

Tagging can be a challenging, music options within the app would be cool too
