Not Enough Support
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard. It's simple and very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not enough support. We do not have a dedicated rep. I feel i am not very knowledgable about everything the platform offers and feel as though we're paying for a lot of features we arent even using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps our onsite teams schedule social posts and respond to reviews all in one place.
Soci has everything that you can do in one location.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you cannot only utilize social media sites, but you can respond to reviews as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit outdated. Other than that, it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us maintain our online reputation. Which in turn boost our company's presence and overall reputation.
Took over our Google page and weren't responsive to fix the issue
What do you like best about the product?
Provided extra notifications about Google reviews on our company page
What do you dislike about the product?
When we partnered with them they took primary ownership of our Google page, and it was very hard to explain to the people involved that we needed primary ownership back. While they had ownership they allowed 3rd party updates to our Google info, such as business description, hours of operation, which we then had to fight to override every day becasue they had our info for only 1 department listed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule future posts. Insights is a great place to see all engagment in one place to prioritize replies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more templated content.

Great Platform for Multiple Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily manage multiple accounts on various social media platforms. I also love the list management tools and the analytical reports you can perform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like how it works with your Google Profile Listing but wish it would integrate/work better with Apple Maps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes lives easier for our franchisees by giving them a single source for social media and list management.
User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts all at once and to all of my platforms, and respond to reviews and engagements all in one place. It's so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting profiles connected can be clunky and corporate has to fix it on their end.

SOCi is helping me manage socials without getting sucked into the social media time warp of scrolling.

Love the scheduling feature, the shared library of content and the ability to review relative performance of each post.

Sometimes not sure how to interpret the soci score for each post.

What do you like best about the product?
I must say, it has been a transformative experience using SOCI. From the get-go, the platform impressed me with its user-friendly interface and robust features. Setting up my account was a breeze. The dashboard is intuitive, allowing me to navigate through various tools effortlessly. I appreciated the clear layout that made scheduling posts and analyzing performance straightforward, even for someone who isn’t particularly tech-savvy.

You have to real careful about what you post because it will get rejected

User-Friendly and Integrative, Minor Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. The dashboard provides quick insight into our current social presence and allows for quick changes to posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. I also cannot find old graphics in the Canva integration. The dashboard occasionally has glitches where social accounts will become disconnected. Google Business posting is also difficult at times.

SOCi solves scheduling issues across platforms, helps create graphics with Canva, and enhances brand engagement and awareness. It provides a user-friendly, centralized dashboard that saves time and integrates social accounts for better analytics and posting adjustments.
AI empowered platform that facilitates your work big time
What do you like best about the product?
The AI capabilities are fantastic! It saves you big time on answering customers with a best in class review. Also the posting on Social Media integration is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI should be embedded as well to answer comments on META customers comments and reviews. The Google search heatmap for some reason is not working for me.
