A Robust App with Tons of Features
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is great at managing our many franchisees and publishing to them simultaneously. I also enjoy the customization featuers and tags that allow us to provide unique information across all locations. SOCi also makes scheduling content a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not alot. It's probably one of the most adaptable and comprehensive social media management tools out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content to over 115 franchisees across multiple social media platforms simultaneously while also have featuers to customize for each locations. Franchisees are also able to access their individual calendars and control or modify our social media scheduling to their liking.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly and everything you need is in one place. It is a TRUE one stop shop! The ease of integration and implementation is so simple. I use it daily for my propert and the customer is amazing when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
That we cannot post videos to our socials
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is a one stop shop for posting and advertising. Instead of having to log into all of my socials and post the same thing 5 different times. I can do it in SOCi in one swoop
Good for basic scheduling for posts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall calander where I can see what I have scheduled/posted on different social medias on different dates. I like the format and that it is user friendly. I also like that it keeps track of stats on your social medias.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not size photos for you if there are multiple. It will border photos of different size with black border which looks tacky and unprofessional. Only does basic posting. Does not allow to edit anything on post besides caption. (No location,music, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple social medias at once along with laying out my posts for the month for easier usage and maintenence.

Soci is a great platform to house all your Social Media accounts and becomes streamline and efficient in those efforts

The app can be glitchy and customer service is very hit or miss

Using multiple social media platforms and keep consistency is difficult, Soci simplfies this process

- how to schedule posts consistently throughout the week to keep engagement up, benefits me by giving me a place to see when engagement is at its peak for optimal posting times

I like the simplicity of being able to post on several platforms at the same time, instead of one at a time.

It would be great if the platform could save some of my social post settings instead of needing me to update them for every post.

I love the Calendar feature! It makes things so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more editing tools with planning posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to plan multiple posts in advance, typically I like to log in once a month and get our social media completed for a few weeks.
