Effortless Social Media Scheduling with SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed the ease of access with SOCi and the ability to post well. It has made posting easier and better for me. I particularly like the time scheduling feature, which makes scheduling the posts smoother. The initial setup was also easy.

Easy Multi-Account Posting, but the User Management Needs Work

What do you like best about the product?
That posts can go to multiple accounts with just one post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface is not always the most user friendly and it could use a bit of a visual rebrand. It sometimes feels out dated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi makes it super easy to post to multiple platforms at once, which saves a lot of time compared to logging in and creating a post for each platform separately. It's great that my company can create templates of posts we can choose from, helping to keep our content calendar up to date. I also appreciate being able to see and reply to all reviews, and the integration with all of our listing, social media platforms, and review platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information on SOCi, and more training on how to optimize the tools would bring me the most benefit. I'm also unsure about how to read the data and what it means, what success is considered, cleaner posting, and troubleshooting issues that arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi streamlines posting across multiple platforms and ensures my content calendar is up-to-date with ready-to-use templates. It saves me time by allowing simultaneous posts, and I can also manage and reply to all reviews in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how easy it makes social media for me! I can post to all media platforms, see and respond to google reviews, and so much more. I absolutely love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I can think of that I find negative about my experience using Soci so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the two things I use Soci for is for posting to social media and responding to Google reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reports we get from SOCi. The assistance from the platform itself with our membership is my favorite part. It's so easy and user-friendly to communicate with our audience, and we're able to connect with people in other states and countries. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and simple, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we schedule content, some buttons don't work, which might be a glitch. Also, the platform can be slow at times because it is very content and user heavy.

SOCi simplifies communication with our audience, making it user-friendly and easy. It allows us to connect with audiences across states and countries who use our services nationwide.

What do you like best about the product?
The website is easy to use and I like that it sends me recaps of multiple google reviews at once for all 8 of our business locations.

Nothing stands out at the moment - efficient for what we need.

SOCi brings forward any customer service issues we're having and allows us to respond to them in real time without missing an alert.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi allows us to see upcoming posts that corporate will be posting on our behalf, which is crucial for us as a franchise. It gives us the flexibility to choose which posts to use. Another feature I love is being able to manage and respond to messages from different platforms within one portal, saving me so much time as I don't have to log into different platforms. I can also view insights and reports on posts in SOCi, which is really helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the training tools and videos were helpful in getting started.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to cross-post and schedule. It's great that you can tag posts for organization and preview what posts will look like on different platforms. SOCi helps me with organization and having multiple platforms in one spot, making it convenient to manage postings for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use different photos for different platforms in the same post...Facebook and Instagram use different size images and I find it to be a waste of time having to post twice. It's not the easiest process of all time, I had a hard time getting my Instagram synced up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi organizes multiple platforms in one spot and allows me to cross-post and schedule. I can tag posts for organization and preview them on different platforms.
