One Stop Shop
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is streamlined and that I have the option to schedule posts that are already readily available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say because I'm still learning the platform

Fantastic Quality and Services
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule out posts acorss multiple platforms. It makes it 10x simpler for me to do my job everyday and streamlines our social media. Customer support is quick to help where needed and implemting this in our marketing stretegy increases overall reach to our audience. I use it every day I am at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more analytical features for monitoring social media campaigns and their success. Some integration with accounts could be a little simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of me not having time to post to every separate account and giving us more time to do other things.

SOCi is a great tool for an all-in-one marketing solution

It's a little confusing at first but the more times you use it, the easier it becomes.

Because of the all in one platform, you never forget a social post

Platform is robust and can be difficult to navigate
