What do you like best about the product?
It does make it very easy to plan, post, and review social content, especially with having multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I can not post onto Facebook stories.
2. The SOCi score for a posted post can be very confusing to understand and grasp why it got the score it did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to manage and make sure all four of my accounts are doing well.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to SOCI but I am excited to start. I have heard good things so far about the ease of use and helpful tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user, I have no complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I start using , I am hoping that is closed the gap for social media blocks we run into.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been so helpful to make sure we are posting updates to our families! It makes it easier for us to post one update to all social media using one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to upload more than 10 pictures and videos!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unconsistent with posting the great things we do on our social medias. Since using SOCi we have posted 3 times per week with ease!

What do you like best about the product?
Alright, so I gave SOCi a shot for managing multi-location marketing, and it's… okay?

SOCi has potential, it needs some work to make it more accessible. Giving it a solid 6/10 – has potential, but only if you’re willing to work with its quirks!
What do you dislike about the product?
it’s not exactly user-friendly. There’s a learning curve, and some of the features feel kind of clunky to use. If you're not super into digital marketing or techy stuff, you might get frustrated with it pretty quickly. And the AI features? Cool in theory, but they don’t always nail that “local” touch you’re looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the voice and media consistent on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Good program to maximize your time and efforts on multiple platforms! I am a small business owner that wears over a dozen different every day. Soci allows me to get my desired message out quickly and efficiently. Platform is easy to navigate and use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our corporate company creates a lot of the content for us - that's why it's so user friendly for us. If that wasn't the case, not sure if we would utlize it as much? So maybe having some basic content options around holidays, times of year "celebrations" - Happy Fall or Memorial Day stuff etc. would be good to have on hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves us time and energies that we can put towards the rest of our business

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is easy to use and navigate! Also works great in the franchising world. We use it for 2 of our businesses and it has really helped streamline our social media life!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints that I can think of at this time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all of our metrics in one place and also being able to schedule posts and manage those on the same dashboard is such a game changer!
