Nothing reallyI love it and it is easy to use

It is making it easy to post and schedule posts so I do not have to think about it throughout the week

It makes posting on multiple platforms for multiple locations easy and easy to schedule, as well as ease of leaving reviews.
Amazing Marketing Companion
What do you like best about the product?
This site is wonderful to any and all whether you are experienced in marketing or not. The AI tool gives you ideas on what to post and what links, photos, hashtags, and captions to use depending on what aspect of your business you want to represent. It also notifies you about comment or reviews and how to respond to them. It's great because even though it's doing almost all of the work, you are also learning from it and how marketing works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are not as helpful as people expect it to be, there are some terms and techniques you will be confused by if you don't know what it does or what it means, some of the things on this site, personally, was a learn-as-you-go type of experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consistency in social media posting and the ideas on what points in our business we would want to put out there.

You can see the community outreach in the app. Very easy to upload posts.

There's nothing I don't like about it. It does log me out a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCI is always prompt to report reviews when received. I am also pleased with the responses selected to send back to the person submitting the reviews. It is just good to know that there is a tool put in place to help keep the community and prospects happy. CUDOS for your service!!!

Soci is there to monitor and receive issues and complaints for a quicker response.

Incredibly efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling and ease of posting. It's so nice to plan your month for a day or so, and not have to think about it. It's well worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't post to all my pages at the same time without a little extra work. It's tricky to post to all pages together, and it's too much extra work to copy and paste every post to each locations page. It's just a bit more tedious. However, I'm having an issue regarding someone changing my businesses' hours. It's very annoying and it's showing one of my businesses closed during open hours.

Time. Lots of time due to scheduling in advance. It's very helpful.
