Efficient Social Media Management, Needs Minor Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can easily post pre-curated posts and schedule custom posts all in one place using SOCi. It saves us time, so we don't have to worry about managing social media directly from our phones. This means I can spend more time on important work. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy, which was a relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the cropping feature needs work on the photos, sometimes I will crop it and it comes out wrong still. If we could see DM's too that would be awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi lets us easily post and schedule social media posts all in one place, freeing us from using our phones. I like how it gives us more time for important work by reducing social media time.
All-in-One Social Media Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi is an all-in-one solution that really makes my job easier by allowing me to manage multiple items from one place. It's great for keeping all of my social media posting consistent and helps me stay on track. I also find the initial setup very easy, thanks to my marketing department, and I use the social media poster most often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had the access to also delete posts from social media and moderate comments. Make it an option to delete a post if needed. And also a tool to respond to comments would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps my social media posting consistent and helps me stay on track. It's an all-in-one solution, allowing me to manage multiple items from one place, making my job easier.
Staying Active on Social Media Without the Time Commitment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can stay active on social media even when we don't have the time to devote to the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not want to use the full program where we allow posting without editing the posts. Our posts would be identical to every other SpeedPro franchise.

Significant time savings! Social media fell by the wayside for a while when we didn't have any time to devote to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. We hade an issue and I was able to resolve the negative reviews using SOCi.

Nothing so far. It has worked great for us.

We are able to review and analyze our Google reviews and take corrective action where needed.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a good platform, particularly for marketing on scheduled days. I like how I can post business updates and answer questions with the Facebook and Google reviews feature, which helps increase my business. The initial setup was good with just setting up my account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule the time it all posts as well as the convenience of everything being in one place

I can't think of any downside to the soci app

The reason I like it most is that Soci has relevant information for my audience, and it is very easy to schedule.

There is nothing I dislike about the platform.

I like that it makes it easy to schedule social media content

The AI responses are pretty repetitive so we end up rewriting them anyway.
