there are no problems tha soci is solving. I have used social media less for my business due to the delay in posting.

I like how easy it is to use and how everything is organized.

The reports don't really work I've tried to use it a couple time and I haven't been able to get any reports.

It is really user friendly and I feel like other apps I've tried haven't been.

I like that the posts are relevant and engaging.

I need to go in and tweak the posts to fit my style, but that needs to be done with any social media posting service.

Its a great tool to help manage your social media accounts. Easy to use and connect your social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside, I enjoy using SOCi weekly

The logging on to every account daily to see where I need to respond to people and preplanning social media posts for the week/month!
Smooth Onboarding & Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned to SOCi this fall and had a smooth onboarding experience. We've been extremely pleased with the level of support and made it through our busy season without any hiccups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is I want to do more with SOCi, so we can streamline more marketing functions, like social and local listings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local listings and reviews management with an increased level of support.
Easy to use and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The site is very easy to navigate and use the tools

It's a bit difficult to switch between the different profiles that we manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have so many profiles that we manage, this makes it much easier to manage the posts and content being put out on the different profiles.

I wish that on the month view, you would be able to see more posts for each day, as it is you have to click on the day to see all post; having all post viewed, even if its only as you hover over the day would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding team as SOCi has been very helpful throughout the process and everything has been extremely smooth so far. The training portal is also pretty stellar and makes me very excited to start using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found anything that I dislike about SOCi yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many locations and a small team, so SOCi allows us to increase our social media presence while decreasing the amount of time and resources we utilize towards them.

SOCi solved my ability to singularly manage my SEO and review data.
SOCi Review for our 130 locations
What do you like best about the product?
We like that SOCi appears to be an all in one solution. This is especially true because we use the SOCi Bundle as well as the Genius Search products. Being about to respond to reviews in one platform is great! We've also heard they're rolling out some new AI features which we're excited to see!
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi offers SO many capabilities that it can be a bit complex, mostly for our less tech savy team members. We would also like to see an expansion of SOCi's AI customization. For example, when we generate a response to a review on ChatGPT, we can tell it to use a specific and consistent voice that matches our brand. SOCi's AI review responses seem to be more generic. If there is a way to customize it, we haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our favorite has been SOCi's Genius Search features (Listings). We can now change our store hours across Apple Maps, Google Maps, YELP, Bing, etc. Before we had to do it natively which was not scalable at all. We're also able to manage reviews coming in from 130 locations, over 3,000 a year..
