Easy to use with FaceBook posts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi is easy to use and make great post.

It is a lot of information and where to find stuff is not always clear

I do not have any problems that it is solving.

I love how I can send the same post out to various media platforms with an easy to use system.

Sometimes it can be hard to struture a post that I want to look differently in certain platforms.

Soci makes it so much easier for me to save time when managing my social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts and online reviews all in one place. The scheduling tools are straightforward, and I love being able to track engagement and respond to residents quickly. It saves a lot of time compared to manually posting across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can lag a bit, especially when scheduling multiple posts at once. Also, the reporting features could be more detailed—I’d love more customization in analytics to better track performance. But overall, it gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps streamline social media posting and review management, saving time and ensuring consistency across platforms. It also makes it easier to engage with residents and track online reputation, which is crucial in property management.

It has already made post so you dont have to reinvent the wheel

To search things up wish it would give us all the photos that have to do with that serch bar.

It solves all of our facebook posts. Its super easy to post and submit for approval.

While SOCi excels in many areas, some features, like posting Facebook Stories or going live, aren’t available. Some of these limitations stem from Meta’s restrictions, but it would be great to see more functionality in these areas.
