What do you like best about the product?
I use SOCi to manage comments and social media content efficiently across an entire month in just a few days, which really saves me time. I also like that it's a one-stop shop for all platforms, so I don't have to log in to each one separately. Plus, the initial setup was super smooth, making it easy to get started. The time it saves is definitely worth its monthly charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think SOCi could provide better coaching on how to improve engagement and offer insights on the latest trends in the algorithm for gaining more followers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to manage comments and social media content for a month in just a few days, which saves me a lot of time and effort. It's a one-stop shop that makes providing new content for each platform worth the monthly charge.

Streamlined Social Media Management with SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of SOCi. I appreciate how I don't have to go searching for what I need and can simply toggle to the left to find everything, including a drop-down menu. Dropping down Socials, I can see my scheduled, past, and current posts and easily edit them or change times if needed. This is particularly helpful since we have multiple users, and it makes it easier to avoid duplicating posts. We switched to SOCi from Metricool because it's user-friendly and offers more options. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The BI is slightly confusing on how to work it, but I also haven't read or watched the videos. There should be a glossary for what all things mean and how they impact the business or why they are important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps me avoid logging into multiple platforms, allows quick edits when errors occur, schedules posts, and provides BI resources. It simplifies managing multiple users, preventing duplicate posts, and makes it easy to find what I need with left toggles and dropdowns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can make social posts, get notified about reviews and post replies to reviews all from one place! I also love that there is a mobile app so I can use it on-the-go!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free pictures that I can use to create my social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci definitely helps me save time by alerting me to reviews that I need to handle, gives me notifications about social posts, and just makes my life so much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly SOCi is. It's very user-friendly and helps manage reviews effectively.

Sometimes when we submit tickets, it takes a while to get a response.

What do you like best about the product?
I can sit down and plan posts across multiple platforms in advance so I don’t have to think about them every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t easy to edit posts after I’ve already posted them, especially in Instagram.

Saves me time by letting me create my posts at once and schedule them to repeat on multiple days.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi centralizes all your social pages, reviews, and messages. No more jumping between platforms or worrying something slipped through the cracks. SOCi makes it easy to respond quickly, track conversations, and ensure residents feel heard.

I like consistency, but also value flexibility — and sometimes SOCi doesn’t let you tailor things as much as you’d prefer, especially with templates or reporting views.
