It's a great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts on multiple platform has never been easier. The dashboard functionality that shows how many folks interact with your business on social media is very insightful. Highly recommend this for any Business owner that is looking to connect with their customers on Social platforms.

Can't think of any feature that I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options that you have when you are posting!It's very easy to get into the platform and begin using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discovered any downsides to SOCi. It's very intuitive and has everything I need.

What do you like best about the product?
Users are able to publish and manage multiple locations and profiles. Good for SEO as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media API needs a lot of work. Lacks many features that are intuitive and easy to use for social media.

From the social media side, it doesn't do all I want it to.
easy-ish to use
What do you like best about the product?
I have used a few different platforms. To me this is not bad but others have been better and easier to navigate between social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCi is simple to use but other platforms have been easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't seen any problems solved.
Helpful but... missing critical content creation tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan out social media posts + having our corporate team connected to push content to our pipleline to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outdated UI. When posting to sites like Instagram, the ability to edit videos into reels is super limited. The major draw for Instagram and similar media sites it the short reels that can be posted. Normal posts are great to fill out a community page, but not go catch attention and new followers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining and simplifying keeping an online presence as well as managing our online reputation.
System of Perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way all of our social media is centralized into one program that is easy to manage. It allows us to interact with our customers across all our social brands and manage what is presented to customers and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the respones, there is no order to them. I think older to new is a better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the global frustration of keeping up with so many different passwords and login profiles for multiple site across multiple locations. I guess you can say it takes the SOCI-headace away.
Soci makes posting to social media, as well as managing content and location changes, easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features is great. We are able to manage social media, as well as location changes easy. We are also able to send reports to others in our company of data they would like to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could be more seamless. There are times when requests have had to be reiterated because directions were not followed or requests were not replied to for several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get reports out to others within our company of data they would like to see. With our previous vendor, we had issues with these reports and were missing them for over 6 months. We are now also able to post directly to GMB, a feature we did not have with our previous vendor.
I love how I have everything in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci really helps keep my social media organized so I'm not bouncing between platforms. Its hectic enough trying to figure out content, this makes eveything else easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I for some reason can't connect my instagram. I have tried several times and I just don't know who I can talk to to help
