Love the ease of having social media done for you
What do you like best about the product?
I like not having to create all of this social media content and it's great content that TLN does for us
What do you dislike about the product?
I still feel that with everyone getting the same posts at the same time, it's really driving my engagement down. None of my posts get a high reach at all. I would also prefer in the reels that we don't see people's faces otherwise it's obvious that its' not our own reels

giving me time back to not have to create so much content

SOCI is doing the posting, whihc is nice so I don't have to.

Generis posts about therapies and services I do not offer. I don't think it is $60 worth.

Easy and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can respond to reviews with an AI generated response effortlessly from the platform. It was very simple to link our Google Account and Social Media (Meta)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the responses get repetitive and/or don’t actually address accurately the review. It would be nice if the AI could bring in comments or sentiment

Managing Google Reviews and Social Media inquiries/comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts has been incredibly helpful. I can't stand sites that are "clunky" and SoCi has taken steps to be incredibly user friendly. I appreciate the right side of the screen where you can see how your post will look on each platform as you are editing it. It has increased the amount I post on social media by quite a bit because I feel like I'm getting more "bang for my buck" by posting to all of my social media at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
This could be a user error, but I haven't been able to get it to work well with Canva. Clickable links have been very frustrating for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My frequency in posting has been the main problem SoCi has solved by scheduling posts. I have noticed people say they found me on Facebook, or referred me from Facebook because I have more of a social media presence.
Great! Super easy to use and a good way to respond to your reviews.
What do you like best about the product?
Receiving the reviews in a timely manner and being able to respond. The generated responses also help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It's great! It helps me very much!

I'm not sure what they're doing to solve any problems.

Marketing ideas/Number of features. Great customer support.

Some of the navigation through the screens was cumbersome.

Social media management and advertising is something that is now fun.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about SOCI for me is how user friendly it is. I have had to ask our marketing team to help once but after we got it up and going it has been so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only downside I can think of is that sometimes when you post something it may get double or triple posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI is streamlining how I am able to post for all of our stores vs having to go in and post for each individual store and individual platform.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
I found SOCI very easy to navigate and to post marketing posts. I like how it allows to post on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to click on a scheduled post and see how it would look like in the screen of the audience.

SOCI is assisting us with our social media management tools. Helping us reach prospective residents further.
What a streamlined service! I'm surprised more people havn't found out about Soci yet.

The fact that you can schedule posts well in advance and track the reaction of viewers. I also really like that you can comment back from soci on any connected platform like Linkedin, Facebook and yelp. It also goes well with Canva

I wish i had more time to use it is all i can say

Soci if solving the problem of going in and out of a many different applications to post the same content. It also allows you to complete your posts in advance, sparing you the time of posting on each individual application, keeping up on each of the comment fields and its all done through scheduling so i never miss the date

Our company has been using SOCI for years and just upgraded to the PRO. It is such a great help to our advertising and marketing needs! I would highly recommend!

It is not as easy to find things to a beginner.
