This is such a great platform, it allows you to customize everything to your liking and needs
What do you like best about the product?
This is such a great platform, it allows you to customize everything to your liking and needs. I love how you can plan your templates in advance, and allow them to post when you decide. You can work ahead and get several weeks planned at once. The platform is so user friendly, I love it. I would recommend this hands down!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to not get customer support to fix any questions or concerns of mine.

It is a one stop shop when it comes to social media!

What do you like best about the product?
It has a library of posts that I can choose from so I don't have to spend hours making my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wasn't sure how to connect my accounts until I looked for it on the help page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I simply don't have the time to do all this social marketing, nor do I know what works and what doesn't work. SOCi is helping me by cutting hours of my time for social media marketing, and doing it more effectively since they know how it works.

I like the fact that the reporting is comprehensive, and that the AI can provide preset answers I can build on to respond to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use SOCi other than for answering reviews, so I don't have enough knowledge on it to respond.

It helps me respond to reviews and that's useful.
Social Media made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The videos and hands-on learning. It makes learning easy to remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every class needs to be a live class. Learn at your own pace is helpful when working at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Set it and forget it. I am able to be active on social media throughout the day without actually being active.
Puts me back in control of our social marketing without being spread out across multiple tools

Comprehensive, intuitive, and centralized

Because there is so much, it can be a bit overwhelming to learn. Thankfully they have their training platform which has made it all easier to take on.

Centralizing and streamlining a number of social marketing tasks through their single platform
SOCI makes scheduling FB/IG posts quick and easy.

Easy and speed of scheduling posts regularly

I don't find that SOCi has significant downsides I know.

Before I never had time to post on FB IG, now it's easy.
