What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using SOCi is how user friendly it is! With so many people on my team, it is easy to showcase the software and have everyone be pros in no time. With its easy-to-use interface, managing large teams and large portfolios are a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although customer support is quick to respond, I usually end up fixing issues on my own. Thankfully, there are so little issues that a quick fix can be made by an administator in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows a large portfolio with many staff to be handled with ease. Marketing is all under one roof and easy to access, locate, and execute campaigns. With this, you don't have to remember dozens of logins and spend hours reviewing information separately -- it is all in one place and easier to access and manage than ever! Their Genius features make SEO a breeze, and traffic has increased due to it!

Only downsides are the lack of training integrations with our system.

the planning calendar helps me to pick the date and time to post, that's nice.

it says " AI agents doing the job of 1000 marketers " I am a marketer and i dont agree that this website is doing my job for me. i utilize one thing and thats the planning calander. I am doing the work you are just giving us space to input it.

I don't really see a problem its solving since you can schedule post from many other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to manage and schedule posts for social media across all platforms! They also have so many options for help along the way.

It's a little bit tough to get started, but once you get there, it's great!

The scheduler saves me a lot of time and also provides consistent posting across all platforms!
Definitely makes managing social media a breeze!

Being able to have a centralized location for all things social media makes posting and scheduling extremely accessible!

It tends to be a bit confusing. Not as user friendly as expected. Should consider a tentative post option rather than having to schedule when using the calendar.

Previously, managing the social media accounts was clunky and did not have a streamlined service or product to be able to share our services with the intended audience. This will allow our business to be able to grow and change with the everchanging society.

I have been using this for a few weeks and haven't found any issues. There is a bit of a learning curve but that is more on my end and not Soci.
