Easy to use for multiple locations
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule out social media posts weeks in advance between multiple locations.

Maybe an AI tool could be developed within SoCi to help with caption creation

Exceptional Analytics and Resources
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SOCi are the amount of endless analytics and resources for our practices. Our focus for this year has been to educate our clients with the amount of resources we have and how to utilize them to better improve their online ranking and visibility. I especially love how current and up-to-date their information is with all the changes with Ai.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that the platform doesn't offer digital advertising on search (yet?).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the Ai-focused problems that our practices are facing. Not only does the platform provide real-time analytics on the overall performance, but also entices the practices with enough information to take the initiative and update their own content.
Great tool for multi-unit co. Easy to use at operator level
What do you like best about the product?
Tool is easy for our individual location operators to use and manage on their own. They are in the tool daily. The onboarding/implementation process was relatively easy and we love our day-to-day account rep/exec! We integrate SOCi with our website and have not had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customer support team isnt all that helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of having so many tools under one roof is really important and makes life easier. It also makes "strongly encouraging" our operators to use the platform on a daily basis easier since they can do so many things under one tool - read and respond to reviews, schedule and post on social, compare their location to local competitors, etc.
We Enjoyed This Product!
What do you like best about the product?
We liked how sleek it looked and how easy it was to duplicate posts & customize per platform we were posting to. We also enjoyed how easy it was to set up our team on the product, and they could quickly get to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't include all platforms we used for posting.

SoCi allowed us quick access to our accounts which was helpful!

SOCi is a great tool for managing and monitoring local social media pages!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the wide variety of tools the platform has to offer, specifically the Genius AI tools that make the platform user-friendly for all people and not just social media savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer to have more SOCi resources to provide that are simple examples on processes. The University is great but really lengthy to refer back to when people need help understanding specific tools and how to use them in the platform.

Allows businesses to share their content locally but also allows monitoring on the national level.
Great Dashboard and platform, but some issues
What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard is great - super easy to use and visually great. Product generally works pretty well. Support has been good too, when we find the issues. The rec. on SEO and other actionable items has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with things like TripAdvisor integrations as well as just some things from the integration not working as it should. We keep finding errors here and there and it should not occur like that. We have had some issues on addresses too, while Google was a problem this is exactly why we have SOCi to handle it. Some minor issues from or social team too on scheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product is better from when we had MomentFeed.
Love the ease of use and access to multiple platforms!

I love we are able to reach multiple platforms with one post!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would just have to say my least favorite thing would be not having an active AI option to create my post with a few key words.

I am able to share resident events to our community and to the public. Residents can see our activity along with outside viewers will see our community is beneficial.
