What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use overall, scheduling social media posts ahead of time is also easy and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to delete posts from social media platforms straight from SOCi, have to log in to said platforms to manually delete posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts ahead of time saves me the stress of figuring out what to post each week.

SOCi Simplifies Multi-Location Social Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like how SOCi seamlessly links everything in one place and allows for mass updates. It's really helpful for us, especially since we have over 400 locations. The ability to create groups for ownership levels and push updates like profile pictures and cover images to all locations at once is a big plus. Also, our rep is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Instagram API limitations frustrating, like not being able to add many features to story posts or share them with community calendars. It's also annoying that I can't delete IG posts once they're published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to manage social profiles for all our locations. With over 400 locations, its ability to seamlessly link everything and push updates like profile pictures mass saves us a lot of effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi sends me emails if one of my apps has a problem or disconnects, allowing me to fix it right away. It checks for me and lets me know if something gets disconnected, so I can quickly reconnect the app and get my postings done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the site is not very intuitive when looking at it and logging on, I didn't quite know where to go. There aren't a whole lot of graphics, so I had to kind of dig around to find out what I needed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me time by allowing seamless posting across social media platforms, provides ideas for content, and automates scheduling. It alerts me if an app has issues, ensuring I can fix it promptly without constantly logging in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how helpful the team at SOCi is. The store mapping and locations hours features stand out to me, making it easier to provide our customers with the exact locations of our stores. The initial setup was super easy, thanks to Kendall's help.

Easy Cross-Posting and Scheduling with Helpful Peak-Time Insights

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can cross post to multiple channels and schedule them out. I also really enjoy the feedback it gives on our peak times, and allows you to alter the content based on the channel's functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes shortening the URL can act up but other than that, the tool if very easy to navigate. I also sometimes encounter issues with posting to multiple channels at once then one channel will have an issue like LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been a time-saver for scheduling posts and planning ahead on our communications. The calendar feature is also really useful in seeing when and where others have already scheduled posts so it makers it super easy to collaborate.

I like the calendar and how easy it is to use. I also appreciate that all the prospects' info gets saved and that the AI handles tasks for us.

I feel like the conversation area only lets you email once. Make it unlimited emailing so we can contact residents through SOCi more.

I like how effortless it is to plan and schedule social media posts and have them posted across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmm... i'm not sure that I dislike anything. It's pretty user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent marketing across social media. Social media is where I gain most of my following and customers. I like that I can schedule posts and forget them, and then I can respond to all engagement on soci it's nice because then I don't waste any time scrolling on social media.
