What do you like best about the product?
Portal is very inclusive and can manage multi practices under one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes getting review notifications are significantly delayed so often response times are low due to not knowing when they have been received.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses SOCi to manage digital marketing efforts across a portfolio of restaurant brands, and it has become a valuable part of our day‑to‑day operations. As a admin user, I appreciate that SOCi is built with multi‑location needs in mind it’s not just a generic social media tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit heavy at times, and some reports take extra steps to customize but once you get familiar it becomes easier

SOCi’s reporting tools provide a clear view of engagement, reach, and review performance at both brand and location levels, which makes it easy to share results with stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has significantly improved our social media strategy and execution across our apartment communities. The platform makes it easy to manage multiple property profiles, schedule posts, maintain brand consistency, and respond to resident engagement in one centralized dashboard. The content library is especially useful—it’s filled with seasonal, relevant, and customizable post templates that keep our pages fresh and engaging without overwhelming our on-site teams.

The analytics tools have also helped us understand what content performs best, making it easier to adjust our strategy in real time.

Most importantly, SOCI’s customer service has been top-notch. Our account manager is always accessible and willing to help with training, troubleshooting, or brainstorming content ideas.

Overall, SOCI has elevated our online presence, strengthened our community engagement, and simplified the workload for our leasing teams. It’s an essential part of our digital marketing toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
while the content library is robust, adding more multifamily-specific templates (like resident events, maintenance tips, or lease reminders) tailored by region or season would make the tool even more valuable for onsite teams managing diverse communities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inconsistent Branding Across Properties
Before SOCi, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across multiple apartment communities was challenging. Teams were using different tools, styles, and posting schedules. SOCi centralized our efforts and provided templates and scheduling tools that keep all properties on-brand and professional.

Time-Consuming Social Media Management
Social media used to take up valuable hours from our on-site teams. With SOCi’s bulk scheduling, content library, and automation features, we can plan ahead, save time, and reduce last-minute posting pressure.

Lack of Engagement Insights
Previously, we had limited insight into how our content was performing. SOCi’s reporting and analytics tools give us actionable data on what residents respond to, allowing us to refine our strategy and boost engagement.

Scattered Communication & Missed Messages

What do you like best about the product?
Easy UI and the incorporation of Genius has been my favorite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add music to my posts or multiple videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci allows me to have everything I need in one place. From my social media needs to my reviews, it is easy to see it all in one place and manage it all. One stop shop for the win!

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar allows me to view all post upcoming, and in the past. I can see which posts have been approved and which are pending. It also allows me to see how to space my posts to create a consistent schedule. Additionally, it is easy to upload to multiple sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally, I am not a fan of generative ai, which is featured in SOCi. While I understand the idea of it as a tool, morally that is a downside for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we used meta and I would have to log into my personal facebook to post for work. However, with SOCi I am not required to do that and it allows me to keep my personal accounts separate from my work accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SOCi easy to navigate, and it kind of prompts and gives me ideas to enhance my posts, like by leaving the first comment and boosting to make it a fundraiser. It's very user-friendly and easy to understand, even for people who might not be tech-savvy. I also like that it provides our higher-ups the opportunity to overview our product, ensuring our posts are concise with company standards. Plus, they can see what we're posting from a corporate level. The initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I enjoy using it for my business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is a huge time management tool for us because it allows us to post on multiple platforms at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the functionality of seeing the calendar month and viewing what will post and when. I really appreciate that I can easily go in and edit the posts too. I go in approve the posts I want and rarely look at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the approval process. As in how it's displayed. It takes up too much of the page and it's also hard to locate the date because you have to scroll through all of them. Hopefully that makes sense. I think it would be easier to be able to approve it straight from the calendar display.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to link content with one of our brands so that they can help us create content for social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get notified immediatelty when some leaves a review on any platform. It goes to my email and I click directlly on it to read and respond. It always assist me in suggesting verbiage and allows me to correct or thank someone for feedback so quickly. It aids in fixing issues quickly also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a dislike it is so user-friendly I love it!
