What do you like best about the product?
We love how we can set the schedule for the week. There are various titles to choose from to post. Everything you need for the social outlet is there. User friendly

I wish you could access your social media accounts there.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has so many features and different platforms you can post to, the calendar and scheduling feature makes it easy to plan ahead!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform it self can sometimes be difficult to navigate, but it’s easier once you get the hang of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me an easier way to cross post across platforms! And see analytics in one spot

What do you like best about the product?
- Love being able to address all comments etc in one place
- Love the auto-posting and content suggestions
What do you dislike about the product?
- Cannot manage clinic hours from within google anymore, can only edit though SOCi. Took me a while to figure this out which meant our hours did not get changed after I had edited them through google.
- Can find it tricky to like or "react" to comments on posts sometimes? Mostly through Instagram. Not sure why.
- Can sometimes find the navigation of the site a bit counter-intuitive. Takes me a minute to find the right section for my tasks (admittedly, I don't use SOCi daily, so it might come with more time spent with it)

What do you like best about the product?
It's reporting platform is top-notch, easy to navigate, easy to dial in to specific time periods. The ability to compare results to competitors and then look at trendlines based on sentiment allows me to see what is working in almost real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having automated reporting emailed would be a benefit that I currently don't have access too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to respond to reviews in a timely manner, increasing likelihood that customers who take the time to write reviews feel like they were heard.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is super easy to use and I love that everything is in one place. I have reached out to customer support once and was met with kindness and my problem was easily resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can view analytics from other communities to compare and better understand how your overall presence stacks up against competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The suggested posts did not align with the quality and tone we aim to maintain on our platforms, so I’ve opted not to use them at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing in particular—I typically don’t use the platform much since I create all of our community’s content myself. The suggested posts haven’t aligned well with the goals we’re aiming to achieve. However, if there’s a feature that recommends relevant hashtags, that would definitely be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The way SO-CI allows you to create and post content across all social media platforms simultaneously is truly amazing. It has significantly streamlined our content creation process, saving us a lot of time and effort. One of the features I love most is how it also provides creative post ideas and suggestions, which really help when you're running low on inspiration or looking to boost engagement.

Posting content has become so much easier and faster since we started using SO-CI, and the difference is clear—our social media platforms have seen a noticeable increase in followers and overall interaction. It's like having a virtual assistant dedicated to social media management!
