Easy Multi-Platform Posting, Still Room to Grow in Scheduling Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posting on multiple platforms and the TLN content provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content is not scheduled far enough in advance to give ample time to review before posting. Would also like to be able to lock dates so that nothing is scheduled on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proving new and engaging content that applies to my business.

I do not have to log into each site and create posts. It is a one stop and one post gets all of them situation

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to impliment SOCi. SOCi can manage, automate, schedule, and post all of our social media activity and posts across our different channels in one spot. SOCi is great with managing all of our client reviews in one spot and being able to respond to those reviews in a timely manner. SOCi is a very efficient social media and review management tool that saves our office lots of time from removing unecessary/redundant extra steps. We use SOCi all the time and they provide great customer suppot to help you integrate the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to learn and master all that SOCi has to offer, but once you learn the technology, it is easy to use and very well worth the time investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves our team time and eliminates alot of "to dos" and things to remeber on a day to day basis.

I really like the scheduler. It is super easy to use and helpful when you are busy and want to post ahead
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could post Reels. I also think it would be helpful if we could post Stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful when it comes to engaging clients and also when to post for example peak times

What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to multiple social media accounts, and I appreciate the convenience of scheduling posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love using the website; however, I do think the app could use some updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having our corporate library accessible in one place makes it much easier to find what we need and keep everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all review management platforms in one consolidated dashboard, the Admin abilities for managing large franchise networks, the additional AI capabilities, recommendations and reporting to support review management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only using the platform for a few weeks, I haven't found features I don't utilize or enjoy, but there are some technical items regarding integration I will discuss with my reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large franchise network, this allows visibility into each location so our team is able to monitor the frequency of use of the platform, and share opportunities for our local businesses. Social scheduling is also a significant benefit for these businesses as typically this would be a separate platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using SOCi for responding to Google and Yelp reviews, as well as for social media planning and posting. Since we are a franchise, it's incredibly beneficial that our franchise can upload content directly to our calendar. I appreciate how 'set-it-and-forget-it' it is for social media and the reminders about new reviews help us respond promptly. What stands out the most to me is the reporting; it's so nice to have all platforms in one place. Having all systems and features in one place and being able to dive into engagement has been extremely helpful. I find SOCi user-friendly and easy to navigate, and the initial setup was very simple.

I use SOCi to manage social media and online reviews. It's a set-it-and-forget-it solution for social media planning and keeps me timely with review responses. Reporting consolidates all platforms, making engagement insights easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is great because it has everything you need in one website. You can design a post with the built in Canva tool, schedule the post for publishing, and monitor the engagement. It also has helpful statistics and insights about engagement, reviews, and interaction. It's super helpful being able to reply to reviews right from the Soci portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally Canva designs have been lost if the login times out before it is saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's super helpful having one portal to log into to manage multiple social media platforms. We don't have to link our company social media accounts with employee's personal social media accounts, and there aren't multiple log ins and passwords to keep track of. It's really nice being able to create the post/graphics in the portal as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SOCi allows us to manage social media and online reviews in one place. It makes it easy for onsite teams to stay engaged with prospects and residents while keeping our branding consistent. The scheduling tools and review management features save time and help us stay proactive with our online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SOCi is very helpful for managing social media and reviews in one place, the platform can sometimes feel a little clunky to navigate. Scheduling posts and uploading content can take more steps than expected, and the formatting options are somewhat limited compared to other social media tools. With a few improvements to the user interface and posting workflow, it would be even more efficient for onsite teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi for its easy-to-use organization, which helps me share with my team how to use search metrics effectively. It's also great for seeing what our customers have to say about the work we're doing. SOCi gets our customers' opinions organized in a way that's easy to search and review with the team. It also tracks the accountability of my teams by recommending reviews from happy customers. The platform is straightforward and doesn't overcomplicate the information we need. The initial setup was very easy; our company customer service department set up our accounts and emailed the login information, and everything was up and running.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi to monitor reviews, organize customer opinions, and track team accountability, all of which help improve service and enhance customer satisfaction.
