What do you like best about the product?

I like how SOCi is mostly easy to navigate. I feel that once you are familiar with the platform, you understand what everything means. I have Facebook connected to SOCi to schedule and boosts post which is easy to use. I found that using a small amount of money to boost allows the posts to gain lots of views and reaches.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like how if you need to go back to something, there is not a tab to switch but you have to go all the way back to the beginning to navigate. With that, it takes awhile to get where you need to be. Customer support is okay for the most part. The support staff is very friendly but they seemed to have trouble navigating the issue I was having and told me to reach out to Facebook. However, the problem was with SOCi and not Facebook.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOCi is helping me boost posts across our Facebook platforms for all of our stores within our division. The feature to create groups has allowed me to quickly post and understand the insights from these posts.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the ability to schedule posts to keep my clients engaged.

What do you dislike about the product?

I want to post more personal posts to add that personal touch.

Soci is bringing attention to my Social Media Outlets.

I can see all four on my social media accounts and online reviews as well. A one-stop shop if you will.

What do you dislike about the product?

A lot of our clients' posts on Facebook keep getting tagged with "t-shirt" as a tag. I don't know if it will really affects anything, but I keep manually removing this tag, and it is very tedious.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's taking all the comments from multiple pages and putting them into one stream of tasks I need to respond to. It's so much easier than going back and forth. Your computer monitor never seems big enough for something like that!

What do you like best about the product?

SOCi's core strength is its ability to streamline social media management across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. Being able to push posts to all of our locations' social channels at once saves significant time compared to managing each platform individually. There is a bit of a learning curve when first getting acquainted with the platform, but once the team became familiar with the workflows, it became a reliable part of our day-to-day operations.

What do you dislike about the product?

Our primary area of concern has been support responsiveness. When issues arise, turnaround time on support requests has consistently been slower than we would like, which can be disruptive when timely resolution matters most. Improving response times and overall support efficiency would meaningfully strengthen the experience for clients managing active, multi-location accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOCi solves the challenge of managing social media presence across multiple platforms and, in our case, multiple locations, without needing to log into each channel separately. This consolidation saves our team meaningful time on content scheduling and publishing, allowing us to maintain a more consistent and active social presence than we could manage manually. The efficiency gained here has been the platform's clearest benefit to our operations.

Soci works great as a content calendar and helps me plan out all the social media posts of each month.

Sometimes it is difficult to locate past posts and content that I want to repost or reschedule

A lot of the updates have to be made manually. For example, when stores change owners, we have to manually remove stores from the former owner's group and create a new group for the new owner and add all the stores.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI responses are very helpful when responding to reviews.

I like being able to schedule ahead and then see the engagement and interactions afterward.

The sizing when uploading photos - it's uploaded correctly but it says it's not. Also suggested posts don't work to edit and post

Scheduling posts ahead when we don't have time to post everyday

I like the IDEA of genius recommendations to post. But the photos often contradict or simply don't go with the wording. this needs to improve significantly. Also, I need Soci's Ai to GENERATE photos based on the photos our brand has uploaded. our brand has limited content and if soci took those base examples and generated a image based on the topic of the wording of the post, they would probably nail it every time, I would have very little to adjust and we could just review and go! any less, and I will always rate this company as a 7-8. I would not be able to move to a 9-10 score.

it's a good platform to keep upcoming posts that come from our corporate brand so that we can see what they are planning to post and when so that we space out the content we plan to post at the local level.

The main benefits include saving time, improving brand consistency , increasing online visibility, and helping businesses respond to customers more efficiently across multiple locations.

SOCi can be costly for smaller businesses and may require time to learn. Some users report occasional bugs, limited customization in reporting , and inconsistent customer support. Certain integrations may also be limited, making some workflows less efficient than expected.

SOCi helps solve business problems such as inconsistent branding, managing multiple business locations, responding to customer reviews efficiently , keeping business listings accurate , and maintaining an active social media presence .It centralizes these tasks, saving time improving customer engagement , and increasing local online visibility.
