Since the CK team members were able to resolve our queries effectively, as of now no negative remarks from our end.

It gives clear insights into cloud cost utilization and provides recommendations for optimizing cloud infrastructure costs.

For a detailed cost summary, it isn’t combining the resources and their dependent resources together, so I can’t get a clear cost insight for a resource and all of its dependencies in one place.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives me clear visibility into utilisation, and it helps me take action by identifying what steps we can take to reduce infrastructure costs.

We found the platform capabilities around cloud cost optimization and resource utilization analysis and visibility into underutilized infra useful.

CloudKeeper provides excellent visibility into our cloud infrastructure and costs. It helps us identify optimization opportunities, track resource utilization, and manage cloud spending effectively. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond. It has made cloud operations and cost management much easier for our team.

The platform can have a learning curve for new users, and some reports require multiple clicks to access detailed information. Improving dashboard customization and simplifying navigation would make the overall user experience even better. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the value the platform provides.

Previously, identifying unused or oversized resources required significant manual effort.
