Simplifies Payroll for Overboard Teams—Compliance assured
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how it simplifies payroll and managing a distributed team. Instead of juggling different tools or relying on manual processes, everything is in one place. It’s easy to review payment details, manage team information, and keep track of everything without it ever feeling complicated. Overall, it makes the entire process of onboarding and then being pay much smoother and a lot less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first start using it, it can take a little time to figure out where everything is, since the platform includes quite a few features. After you’ve spent some time with it, it becomes much more intuitive, but the first few days may still involve a bit of exploring and getting oriented especially to located the new invoices and tasks when approve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps address the challenge of handling payroll and administrative tasks when working with people in different locations. Keeping payments, information, and processes organized in one system makes everything clearer and much easier to manage. For me, the biggest benefit is the time saved and the ability to avoid a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth, especially on compliance matters that tend to be hard when you are working internationally.
User-Friendly Platform That Eliminates International Payment Hassles
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel Payroll is user-friendly, allowing me to easily add, remove, or edit my bank accounts without waiting for days to receive my money. I appreciate that I don't need an international account to receive payments from my employer. I also appreciate that Deel has more currencies available, which was a reason for my team to switch from our previous software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure why but you stopped bank transfers in my country. The initial setup wasn't that easy. I'd rate it a 3/5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel Payroll to receive payments without needing an international account. The app is user-friendly, allows me to manage bank accounts easily, and it offers more currencies, which prompted my team to switch from Wise.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes international payments much easier when I’m working with companies in different countries. The platform keeps contracts, invoices, and payments organized in one place, which takes away a lot of the administrative stress that comes with freelancing. The interface is clear, and payments are generally reliable, so the overall process feels straightforward and well managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes verification or payment processing can take a little longer, depending on the payment method used or any required compliance checks. Also, for new users, it may take some time to fully understand all the options available on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it much simpler to work with international companies. Rather than juggling separate contracts, invoices, and payment systems, everything is managed in one platform. As a result, remote work feels easier to handle overall and the whole process is more transparent.
Flexible Payout Options and Helpful Deel Card & Advance
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel offers so many options for transferring money to my local account. It makes it easier for me to decide how to send my payments and how much I want to transfer to each bank account. I also appreciate that I can use the Deel card and Deel Advance, which helps me a lot during difficult times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t think there’s anything I really dislike. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the high fee for sending money directly to my bank account in Colombia.

It’s easy for me to receive my salary on time and in full.
Deel Centralizes Global Payroll, Compliance, and Contracts Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel regularly as our company's internal HR portal, and the best part is just having everything in one single place. I can easily request my time off, check my remaining PTO balance, and download my monthly payslips without ever having to bother HR. The dashboard is really clean and super easy to navigate as a regular employee
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, since I only use it on the employee side for HR and contract management, some of the automated emails or help center articles can be a bit confusing because they seem geared mostly toward independent contractors. Also, the calendar view for seeing when my other team members are on leave could definitely be a bit more intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It completely replaces the need for messy email chains when I want to request vacation days or need to look up a clause in my employment contract. It gives me a clear, self-serve dashboard for all my personal work admin, which just makes my day-to-day life much easier
Smooth, Effortless Experience for Employees
What do you like best about the product?
It does everything smoothly and requires minimal effort from the employees. It does everything very similarly despite different locations of the employees. Possibility of integrations with our ERP
What do you dislike about the product?
Fees. Also, the approach and process in the USA are different, and there is no implementation of the KSEF system in Poland. In addition, agreements are provided in only one language; it would be very useful to have them in two languages: English and the local employees’ language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying salary for employees all over the world

What do you like best about the product?
At least their user interface is pretty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally everything. They are untransparent about their pricing. They do not process payments smoothly and do not communicate clearly, which created internal confusion at our company between me and HR. Our account manager was terrible at communicating. Their processes are so confusing that we are now having to run our own internal reconciliation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We thought it would solve compliance issues, and to some extent it did, but Deel is not worth what they charge for their services because they ended up creating more internal issues at our company than they are worth, and the lack of communication was staggering.

I have been using Deel Payroll for the past 11 months and my experience has been very smooth. I use it on weekly basis. The platform is easy to use and helps me keep track of my upcoming payments every week. I can easily check my salary slips, monitor any deductions, and see the exact date of when my payment will be processed.
Another thing I like is the simple withdrawal process, and I receive my salary directly in my bank account without any issues. The platform is also easy to integrate for businesses of different sizes. The best unquie feature of Deel Payroll, is the advance payement feature, I can get my salary in advance without waiting for the pay date and Deel Payroll can be easily implemented in business of all sizes.

Deel Payroll solves the problem of managing and tracking payroll in one place. It allows me to easily see my upcoming payments, access salary slips, and monitor any deductions before the salary is processed. This makes everything much more transparent and easy to manage. One feature I find very helpful is the option to get payment in advance when needed, which can be useful in urgent situations. The platform also shows the exact payment date, helping me plan my finances better.
