Administrative Burden
What do you like best about the product?
Dealing with the client representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is desirable/ necessary to alter an expense item that I approved. It is sometimes difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Deel saved time and expense in administering payments to 2 employees who are US citizens and work in the Netherlands.

What I like most when using deel is the faster transaction.

I don't have anything in mind that I can think of that I dislike about Deel.

I think it's the multiple bank availability. Before I can't withdraw through Gcash but now I can.
Fast and furious!
What do you like best about the product?
I needed the support and they were kind and quick to resolve my problem. Shout ou to Michelle! Thanks for helping me update my withdraw method. The platform is ease to use and ease to update all my documents, the number of features makes it very complete.

The fees are higher than others options, but with the overrall I think is worth it

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the currencies, the less fees and of course it makes you get an advance whenever you need it!

I would like to have an app though but all in all this is the best app!

EVERYTHING. Literally everything. I had recommended this app so tons of my friends and family, and I will still do it again!

Commission as a recipient of my salary, that fee should be charged to the employer.

can't add an additional bank account number so support has to provide it manually for a money transfer

Hassle-free Payment and Withdrawal Process
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options for withdrawing payments with fast processing and secured transactions. The website is easy to navigate and payments/invoices can be tracked. Conversion to other currencies is also available :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the withdrawal options have high exchange fees, but it's not much of a problem since instant card transfer is an available option with a minimal processing fee and $0 exhange fee :)
