My experience in for Deel is very positive I felt easiness and the whole application is well build.
What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things I liked most about the Deel:
- I have never had an onboarding experience this hassle-free (ease of use,
Ease of integration)
- Customer care support is rapid and satisfactory.
- I mistakingly gave the wrong documents at the time of KYC they mailed
me within the given time frame and provided me with an alternate option
of mailing my documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to dislike, but I don't know why I have to log in again and again to access the dashboard. This could be because of security reasons, but many other measures can be taken to avoid this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Deel onbording process is really convienent.
- And there are many options for payout which is very helpful specially in other countries.

I like Deel cause it is really easy to receive my payments and fast!

So far, nothing. I have had great a experience using the platform.

Whenever I need an advance, Deel is helping me to access my money in advance.
So far the exams I took have a good level.

I'm still exploring the interface of the program, I didn't dive in yet.

So far everything looks fine. The unboarding process is very well presented.

Smooth experience with some bumps
What do you like best about the product?
Deel works very well. All the steps to have the account, track time and receive a payment are ok. The information and the navegation of the site is clear and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a problem with my phone number in the deel card. When i requested a change, the AI bot answered me and tried to solve the issue, it can not. Then, in several retries, it was blocked. Moreover, it remains blocked, totally useless. After a claim to my company, they contact deel support and it appears will be solved.

What i like best is the flexibility that you have over you money. You can set up for auto-witdraw or if you dont want to send the money to your personal account, you can just witdraw the money to your deel card and start using it right away.

What could help the feelancers, if deel could provide receiving Account details to facilitate freelancers to get paid internationally.
