getting paid fast and secure, not having to worry about where my money is

Easy and fast! You have to love it
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is really intuitive. All my operations have come through with no issues at all. I also love the fact that there are so many different options to move around my money where I see fit. But one of the best is the ability to keep a US dollar balance and just withdraw to my local bank the amount I need, using the exchange rate in my favor. Support team is also very reliable, friendly and resolves any issue you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like options for transactions within accounts to other US banks. In my country (Mexico) Wise won't allow new accounts to receive deposits from the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving payments from a US based company, in US dollars and to have the ability to both keep US dollars into my account and also transfer to my loca bank (Mexico) with a pretty decent exchange rate.

What do you like best about the product?
It's User Interface and Ease of use. Love the AI chat for whenever I might have a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. It works perfectly fine and it's really easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to use than any other of services provided by Wise or Payoneer, for example.

The new UI is very friendly and easy to use and find what you need. Also, customer service was really friendly when I had an issue and that's really important to know what's going on

I think the messages when do a withdraw because the messages are global and there is no much room to think what's going on

Ease and Effectiveness in Payments
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease with which you can manage the Deel application, allowing me to track and make payments much more easily. This simplicity not only facilitates daily operations but also optimizes my time, making tasks that could be complicated easy to perform. Additionally, the ability to convert dollars to Mexican pesos with direct transfers to my bank is also an aspect I greatly value. The application meets my expectations by ensuring that financial operations are smooth and convenient.

I highly recommend using DEEL!
What do you like best about the product?
I established an account with DEEL some time ago in order for an agency I work for to make payments to me. Before I created the account, I would have to wait for a physical check to come in the mail from the agency, and then I would have to deposit that check into my checking account. But since establishing the account with DEEL, I get an email from DEEL on the day my payment is ready. Then I go to the DEEL website and transfer the money into my checking account. That transfer can take a day or two to complete. Overall, the difference between the way things were before DEEL and now being able to get my payments through DEEL deposited directly into my checking account--well, there's just no comparison. DEEL has made the process run much more smoothly and efficiently--and I get paid that much sooner. I highly recommend using DEEL!

DEEL has solved the problem of having to process a physical check and deposit it into my checking account. DEEL has made processing my payments much quicker, smoother and more efficient.

Proficiency and authenticity
What do you like best about the product?
Since I made my account I recognised the higher level of professionalism compared to previous platforms that I'd worked with. In addition to that, the payment methods got my attention where I can split my income and receive it through multiple bank accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even thought there's an option to personalise the home page. It still feels a bit chaotic due to many options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've yet found major problems that solving them would benefit me but in general I noticed that splitting my income through multiple bank accounts which might've solved the problem witht transfer fees.
