The easy setup and money transfer. It´s a simple, very user-friendly

No complaints so far; it´s a reliable way to get my money. The Fees are a little higher than other services like this.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes global payroll straightforward instead of a legal and administrative nightmare. Paying employees and contractors across multiple countries is fast, compliant, and centralized in one dashboard. The automation around contracts, tax documents, and payments saves real time and reduces costly mistakes. It’s especially strong for companies hiring internationally without setting up local entities
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing becomes expensive as headcount grows, especially for smaller teams. Customer support can be slow or inconsistent when dealing with complex payroll or compliance issues. Some country-specific edge cases still require manual intervention, which undermines the “fully automated” promise. Reporting and customization options also feel limited for advanced payroll needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the complexity of running payroll across multiple countries with different labor laws, tax rules, and payment systems. Instead of juggling local providers, legal advisors, and spreadsheets, everything is handled in one platform. This reduces compliance risk, cuts administrative overhead, and lets us hire internationally faster without setting up local entities. The real benefit is speed and control—less time fixing payroll issues and more time focusing on actual business work.

Advance Payment Option Makes It Even Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there’s an option to make an advance payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no dark theme option, and the app is really bright, which makes it uncomfortable to use—especially in low light.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of international payments, which has made the whole process much easier for me.
On-Time Payments and Great Currency Exchange Rates
What do you like best about the product?
On time payment and good currency exchange rate.

A more easy to understand finance ledger or SOA. Details of transfer.

Work time submission and payroll details are easy to submit and review.

User-Friendly Deel Payroll with Flexible Withdrawals and a Handy Virtual Card
What do you like best about the product?
Deel Payroll is user friendly. Easy to navigate and organized, it also provides ways to withdraw like linking your bank accounts, and offering it's own Deel virtual card feature which is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. I haven't seen anything that Deel needs to improve in my perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was worried that I will be having problems on how to withdraw payments without the hassle of going to the nearest remittance office. But it turns out Deel offers various ways to make it more convenient for its clients in comparison to other platforms.
Straightforward Onboarding with a Smooth, Easy-to-Navigate UI
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was pretty straightforward. The UI and mobile app is very smooth to operate and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think instead of having just a PDF contract and the client having complete control of the payout n other stuff; their should be some kind of UI management tool or something like that which simplifies the contract. Everything looks good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily takes care of the manual tasks needed while working as a consultant like creating invoices, contract updates, payout management, and leaves management.
