User-Friendly, Reliable Platform for Contracts, Payments, and Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been an incredibly helpful platform, especially for managing contracts, payments, and compliance in one place. One of the most useful features is how everything is clearly laid out—from onboarding to payments—so you always know what stage you’re in and what action is needed next. The contract creation process is detailed but not overwhelming, which really helps avoid confusion and mistakes.
What I appreciate most is how user-friendly the app is. Even if you’re not very tech-savvy, it’s easy to navigate and understand. The dashboard is clean, simple, and well-organized, making it quick to find important information like invoices, payment schedules, and documents.
Overall, Deel feels thoughtfully designed for real users. It’s straightforward, reliable, and detailed enough to give you confidence, without feeling complicated. It definitely makes global work and payments much easier and less stressful.

I guess the only downside would be connecting my card to my apple pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Payroll solves one of the biggest headaches in international work: paying people correctly, on time, and compliantly—no matter where they live. Before using Deel, managing payroll felt like juggling a dozen systems, different tax rules, and confusing spreadsheets. I constantly worried about whether each country’s legal requirements were met, and calculating taxes and contributions was a real stress. Payroll mistakes can be costly and frustrating. Deel reduces the human errors that slip in when you’re entering data across different systems.
Great experience, simple but safe
What do you like best about the product?
It's safe, and also easy and friendly interface to get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all so far. I honestly haven´t had any issues

it automatically sends my money to my selected Withrawal methods, wich are simple to add and easy to manage. The money is in bank account in my country's currency as soon as my banks gives the OK.

Now that I’ve got the gist of it, it’s super easy, fast, and cheap to receive payments from my employer and send them to my personal accounts.

I don’t have any complaints so far. I really like everything about it.

It’s a fast, easy-to-use tool that helps with payroll payments.

How fast I can get paid and then get that money to my bank in a few minutes

Maybe de UX. Love the colors. Would like the sections to be more organize in the app version

It’s easy to use, simple to navigate, and packed with tons of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have any dislikes about Deel Payroll, but I think the interface could be improved with more attractive icons and a more polished overall look.

Deel is easy to use for applying for leave, checking salary details, and viewing the company hierarchy.

They are very responsive if I have a delayed payment because I live check by check

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very intuitive, easy to use, and quick to deploy. It provides detailed information about payments, and withdrawals are processed very fast. The physical card is also straightforward to use and is accepted in a large number of stores.

Nothing at the moment, Deel app is cool and the physical card helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us handle payments to contractors located in Colombia. So far, we haven’t had any issues.
