Super userfriendly registering my accounts was a really easy expirience and my payments are super fast internationally

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage of Deel Payroll is how effortlessly it handles global compliance and local taxes across multiple countries in one dashboard. It has completely streamlined our international hiring process, saving us countless hours on administrative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verification process can be repetitive and sometimes requires too much documentation, which might delay the initial onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the peace of mind knowing my contract is locally compliant and the flexibility to withdraw my salary in multiple currencies or even crypto.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sense of security Deel provides. You always know your payments will arrive on time, and I’ve never had any issues with payment schedules. It gives me real peace of mind knowing how well the app works. It’s very easy to use, highly reliable, and all the necessary information is displayed in a clear and simple way. I genuinely love the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would mention is the currency exchange fee. While it’s understandable and fairly standard for international payroll platforms, it can add up over time. That said, the fees are transparent and predictable, which I still appreciate compared to other platforms

Deel Payroll solves the challenge of receiving international payments reliably and on time. As someone working from Colombia and getting paid by a U.S.-based company, Deel acts as a secure and efficient bridge that ensures my payments arrive on schedule. It simplifies the entire process, avoids the complexity of traditional international transfers, and offers transparent fees. Overall, it has made getting paid from abroad much faster, safer, and more predictable

I think it's not Deel's fault, but sometimes transfers to my bank in Colombia take a long time.

only once they missed out the delivery date of the money to my local bank in the last 3 years

because of the exchange rate the amount of money I've been receiving is really low I am really concerned about the fee that you charge which is a little high

never had a problem the day of the delay the platform was letting me know that it was because of a local holiday but afterwards to 2 days for the money to be delivered

I like that it includes many elements while still being very intuitive to use. I’ve seen how the platform has grown and evolved across its different sections and features, and it’s impressive. Overall, the experience feels highly intuitive and straight to the point, focused on what users actually need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are bugs when typing amounts for withdrawals. I’ve also noticed that accessing the platform can be confusing, because there are different entry points depending on the user type (e.g., new users, HR teams, or business accounts). As a result, you sometimes have to jump between pages to find the correct login for your profile.
I think having multiple options is valuable, but in some cases there are simply too many, which can feel overwhelming. If the elements and categories were better organized and more clearly structured, it would be much easier to find information and navigate the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel Payroll is the simplicity and reliability of the process. Payments are punctual, the platform is very intuitive, and all the tax and contractual management feels well organized, which provides a lot of peace of mind and allows you to focus on work without worries.

So far I have no complaints. Everything has been clear and stable; perhaps some advanced options could be explained better, but nothing that affects the experience.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that occasionally the customer support response time can vary depending on the complexity of the issue—sometimes simple questions get resolved quickly, but more technical inquiries around specific country regulations might take a bit longer. That said, the support team is always helpful and knowledgeable once they get back to you, so it's a minor inconvenience rather than a real pain point.
